This was the second purchase of this product and I love them, the latest one has some quirks I will try to live with. occasionally, if I change channels in the room, the fan shuts off. on occasion, if the adjacent bathroom light is turned on/off the fan shuts off.

Not noisy like other ones. The setup is very simple that my 6-year-old nephew put it together all by himself. The timer is a great plus.

What I like about this Honeywell model is the White Noise setting, which helps us sleep easier and the ability to turn off the light on the top. Usually we would have to put a piece of black tape over the light and this one goes dimmer until it goes out completely.
