I live in an old house and the upstairs gets warm, this fan is great year round because of all the settings. It’s really quiet too. Only issue was getting the base on. It comes with directions but it’s three or four vague pictures.

Weird thing is, it turns itself “on and off” and “off and on” at will. It has nothing to do with the timer feature. Just does.
