item work as it should, house was at a high humidity level, after the dehumidifier was on for a 1-2 hrs the humidity levels dropped to 67% humidity which is better than before. another cool thing about the honeywell dehumidifier is that you can download an app called honeywell air comfort and control the level you want to put the dehumidifier and tells you the humidty level through the app. also you can turn it on and off with the app. so if your in the other room you can shut it off with the app. doesnt get five stars because my husband said it doesnt blow his mind, it would if it had lights and touch screen and it has an unrealistic handle when it has wheels.

Works very well, just not as big as i actually needed. Stoll does what its supposed to.

Bought this product to keep humidity low due to my dog having allergies to dust mites and dust mites don’t thrive in lower humidity. Also the house has a fresh smell since using this dehumidifier. Very pleased with this product, easy to use and the app works really well.

I have it running 24/7 and it hasn't failed. It did develop a rattle whenever the fan kicks on to high. Not a huge deal, but just something to take into account.

Noticeable difference in an old house cellar. Within a day this little machine took that damp feel and smell out of the air. I have it drain directly into the floor sump so there is no need to empty. Wifi connection and app easy to setup.

Excellent machine. Very efficient and quiet while operating in either of its de-humidification speeds. Easy-to-empty water collection pan. Casters and folding handle permit easy movement to desired locations. "Smart" capability not yet evaluated.

Love my Honeywell Dehu, I have previously been loyal another brand, but I had to keep replacing it every 1-2 yrs. So I did my research and this Honeywell kept coming up at the top and so far so good, dropped the moisture level in basement within hours, love it. The reason I did not give five stars is because it has gotten to my set temperature and unit still did not cut off— once it does, it would get 5 stars.

Much quieter than our last dehumidifier (different brand) The bucket is more fragile and flimsy. But does a great job getting the humidity out>

In recommend - at this point. Very happy with the first month performance. The basement dampness has been eliminated. My only issue is that the unit runs A LOT. I have it set to 50% humidity, but it does not shut down when it reaches that %. I can hit the on/off switch, and it will stop for a while, but once it is running it runs a lot. It must stop at some point, it just does not seem to

easy setup. large collection bin. Seems like a decent quality unit. Gets some ice on the back at times which causes a small puddle on the floor.

This unit works quite well. It was easy to attach a hose so that the condensation would drain directly into the basement sump. It is easy to adjust, either remoting using the app, or on the unit itself.

Seems to run more quietly than previous dehumidifier that stopped working. App doesn’t control much. Alexa has no voice control for the machine!

The WIFI connectivity is a nice plus to manage the dehumidifier schedule. Works well - removes humidity as desired. A little bit of confusion on the rating as a 70 pint, that's based on old standards - be aware of this if comparing.

Only running for a month, but works great. Wi-Fi feature is a plus since it’s operating in the basement and can check its operation with the app.

This unit met all my expectations. It is very quiet and is fantastic at moving the air. I bought it because I have at 1100 ft.² finished basement which was always slightly damp. Now it’s dry as a bone and super comfortable!

Only had it for a little while. Seems to be working just fine. The main reason why I got this model is because of how quiet it is when on. Hopefully it stays that way

Never knew my house had this much moisture! It is indeed a must have if you live south of U.S..... infact any where there is humidity above 50%. My friends snatched some from Best Buy after visiting my home and witnessing the deposit of water in the tank of the dehumidifier and gaped when informed that they are moisture pulled out of the air, wall and materials within the house. I have added a second one to cover the upper floor of the house, and my A/C runs less than before, as the home is dryer and cooler quicker than before.Much energy savings Thanks Honeywell.

I understand the need for technology but this unit doesn't seem to run correctly without using the Honeywell app which in itself is not impressive. Don't get me wrong the app does work also. I bought this for an old unit in the basement. This one has no problems keeping the humidity down to 45%. The gravity drain hose provided is long enough to reach my puppy pup by the furnace so no rework was required there. Electric cord is long enough as well. Let's talk about this piece of tech now. Using the top control panel and set to go speed and 50% the unit runs does its job and turns off. BUT never came back on! When using the app to control the unit just by humidity setting alone does not work so great either. So I resorted to using the timer function in the app turning the unit on/off multiple times a day. This works flawlessly. But now I'm running this technological advanced dehumidifier more than I should and need to accept the errors of the company that built this thinking it was a great idea. Honeywell has their name on this product but the title is definitely held by another company. The Honeywell app to control this dehumidifier and your other Honeywell "smart" products has not been updated since april20 and knowing accepts their app as junk and buggy. Bottom line: it works, may be not the way you would want it to, but it does work and has for me.

This was very fast! I order this unit at 12 o'clock noon it was delivered at 3:15 pm. The Honeywell dehumidifier was up and running by 4;00 pm. Has been running fine and the basement was saved!
