The best dehumidifier ever. Have it in my basement and you can feel it working

Only had it for a little while. Seems to be working just fine. The main reason why I got this model is because of how quiet it is when on. Hopefully it stays that way

I understand the need for technology but this unit doesn't seem to run correctly without using the Honeywell app which in itself is not impressive. Don't get me wrong the app does work also. I bought this for an old unit in the basement. This one has no problems keeping the humidity down to 45%. The gravity drain hose provided is long enough to reach my puppy pup by the furnace so no rework was required there. Electric cord is long enough as well. Let's talk about this piece of tech now. Using the top control panel and set to go speed and 50% the unit runs does its job and turns off. BUT never came back on! When using the app to control the unit just by humidity setting alone does not work so great either. So I resorted to using the timer function in the app turning the unit on/off multiple times a day. This works flawlessly. But now I'm running this technological advanced dehumidifier more than I should and need to accept the errors of the company that built this thinking it was a great idea. Honeywell has their name on this product but the title is definitely held by another company. The Honeywell app to control this dehumidifier and your other Honeywell "smart" products has not been updated since april20 and knowing accepts their app as junk and buggy. Bottom line: it works, may be not the way you would want it to, but it does work and has for me.

Very disappointing purchase as it was too expensive to function so poorly. No matter the setting (40%, 45%, 50%, 55%, 60%, even %65%) the fan never turns off unless I manually turn the dehumidifier off. It's using electricity unnecessarily and unfortunately I am sure it's past return date. I should never have given it this much chance to improve operation. It won't even turn off if set at 70% when I know the humidity is 45%. What a waste of money.

We’ve had bad luck with humidifiers so we needed new ones. This one sounded good and so far it has been working well.

Does the job as a dehumidifier. Pretty quiet and keeps the room dry. But the app is not that useful. Does not give you a notification when the tank is full.

Great dehumidifier. Mobile app is great to know when the tank is full and adjusting settings. Getting it connected to wifi was not so easy the app was a little confusing.

Product works great! It was easy to set up. It was also not very heavy and that's coming from somebody not too strong.

Very quiet and works great. We have a French bulldog and it helps with his breathing and snoring.

This unit has brought the humidity in our lower level down significantly. Make sure the splash guard is properly secured each time you empty the tank, you will have water leaking on the floor if you don't.

Mold started accumulating on the drywall in my basement and I could feel it was very humid down there. Once I started running the Honeywell, within half a day the basement humidity dropped drastically.

This Honeywell dehumidifier totally eliminates any noticeable moisture from my basement. Pumping the water directly to my basement drain requires no intervention on my part. Also extremely quiet

Works well at removing moisture from the air but the app doesn't seem to work that well.

This humidifier does a great job drying out our basement, but when the unit arrived the packaging stated 50 pint (70 pint by previous rating). I could have purchased a 50 pint in a store anywhere, but I was looking for the larger rating and paid more for it. We haven't used the wifi components, but the humidistat seems to work pretty well. We have operated the unit based on humidity and continuous, and have used the bucket and direct drain. Everything works well so far, but we bought the long term warranty because these things have a record of dying early and often.

It’s been working fine, definitely helps keep the basement dryer. It’s a bit noisy so I don’t know that I’d live with this in an area of the house I’m actually using but it’s fine for the basement. One thing that is annoying is emptying the tank. Whoever designed this must never have tried to do that. It’s impossible to dump it without getting some water around the spot you’re trying to hit. I tried from every angle and it just isn’t a good design. I wish I had a drain down there that I could run the hose to and not worry about emptying the tank. App works well and is useful to alert when the tank is full.

Works great I like the futures I can watch on my phone and when I have to empty the bucket or clean the filter

We have had this dehumidifier for a few weeks and we are very happy with it so far. It started pulling moisture out of the air immediately and has really dried our basement out. The only thing that I don't like is that it runs constantly and does not shut off when the desired humidity level is reached.

Large capacity & quietness are its best feature. If you're into technology this machine is for you.

The dehumidifier works as advertised and is quiet while in operation. Options in color should be available to the consumer.
