I like the WiFi feature I do t have to go in2 the basement to check it I put it in after heavy rain floor was wet next day I checked it everything was dry !! Great

This unit is great, you can control the unit from an app. You have the ability to set a schedule for it to run or manually run it when you need to. The only thing that would have made this a 5 star unit is if the unit showed you the level or the water other than when it is just full. They do provide you with a tube to have it run into a drain or sink, but in the area I was able to place it, I could not use that.

So far so dry! Dehumidifier is operating as hoped. Just a bit pricey but time will be the judge.

Works well compared to others - returned another with another company. Best Buy keeps brand names that work.

Had this more than a year now. It has tremendously helped with high humidity & basement smell. Best thing is I could control & monitor it with my phone.

This dehumidifier works very well and is very quiet. It is nice to be abe to set the desired humidity level.

Overall works great, connection process could have been cleaner and better documented, but I was able to get it working without any real difficulty. Directed the output into the sump pump in the basement and can just let it handle things this summer. Humidity was extremely high in the house when we first got it and it took longer than I was expecting to get caught up.

Works great. No more musty basement! Love the WiFi so it tells me when it’s full or I can adjust the humidity level when we aren’t home.

This dehumidifier keeps the basement WAY more drier than my previous one, which I thought was fine until I tried this Honeywell. It is advertised as being able to be controlled via Wi-Fi, but I just plugged it in and operate the old traditional way. I connected a piece of garden hose to it and elevated it slightly on a stand, and it drains into my concrete floor drainage system-so I never have to empty the bucket. Nice large readable from a distance humidity levels. All in all, so far, a great purchase.

I couldn't get it to shut off without adjusting the humidity setting well above the relative humidity the unit was reading. If the unit said the relative humidity was 50%, I had to raise the setting on the unit to 75% to get it to shut down. In affect, it was running all the time. I picked up a GE and set it up. It read 50% humidity for the room. I raised it to 55% and the unit shut down. I liked the features it had. Wi-Fi, hose connector with hose included, looked nice. But I couldn't get it to work for me. I bought it on 5/20 and returned it on 6/4 so I gave it as much time as I could and still be able to return.

Gets the job done and easy to empty. Used it for a room with the size of 20x20.

In alaska there is an issue in most basements with humidity which causes doors to not be able to be opened and closed easily. With this humidifier running constantly might i add it reduces the humidity, but also makes it a little warmer in the basement. This keeps our heating oil bill lower. 10/10 reccomend

Purchased for my grandson's bedroom. Great dehumidifier with all the bells and whistles. Works great.

good machine. quiet only negative is in doing warranty on line. could not done that way and was not given a mail address to do it.

Easy to set up and the WiFi is very helpful since it is used in a vacation home 150 miles away.

I bought this product largely due to the brand Honeywell, thought I was getting a Honeywell product with Honeywell product support. I bought the unit in Sept. 2020, it worked relatively fine into early winter when I shut it off permanently since the relative humidity was showing in 40-50% without the machine running due to the drier air - so I thought. I started the unit up in May again and the unit ran for days. I was surprised that over a week of running that it didn't shut-off due to the bucket being full. So I checked the bucket and found that it was bone dry. Here's where it gets interesting. I called Honeywell only to find out they not only do they not make the machine, but they also provide NO support. Evidently the unit is licensed out to a company called JMATEK out of NJ. So I called them and a person name Carlo answered. Carlo was very nice and professional, but what was very upsetting is that his colleagues in what must be a tiny space where laughing it up, talking about what they did over the Memorial Day weekend and were so loud I couldn't even tell Carlo the model number of unit. After a few minutes of that I was finally able to get a word in. Carlo advised that I run the unit for 24 hours and let him know over email what the results are. So the jury is out. I will update the review based on how the rest of this is handled by Carlo and the crew at JMATECK. But for now, please be aware that Honeywell does not product the unit nor do they support it. It may be their design, but that's it.
