good machine. quiet only negative is in doing warranty on line. could not done that way and was not given a mail address to do it.

Bought for my mom’s basement. It worked great for her.

I bought this product largely due to the brand Honeywell, thought I was getting a Honeywell product with Honeywell product support. I bought the unit in Sept. 2020, it worked relatively fine into early winter when I shut it off permanently since the relative humidity was showing in 40-50% without the machine running due to the drier air - so I thought. I started the unit up in May again and the unit ran for days. I was surprised that over a week of running that it didn't shut-off due to the bucket being full. So I checked the bucket and found that it was bone dry. Here's where it gets interesting. I called Honeywell only to find out they not only do they not make the machine, but they also provide NO support. Evidently the unit is licensed out to a company called JMATEK out of NJ. So I called them and a person name Carlo answered. Carlo was very nice and professional, but what was very upsetting is that his colleagues in what must be a tiny space where laughing it up, talking about what they did over the Memorial Day weekend and were so loud I couldn't even tell Carlo the model number of unit. After a few minutes of that I was finally able to get a word in. Carlo advised that I run the unit for 24 hours and let him know over email what the results are. So the jury is out. I will update the review based on how the rest of this is handled by Carlo and the crew at JMATECK. But for now, please be aware that Honeywell does not product the unit nor do they support it. It may be their design, but that's it.

I put the dehumidifier on my Crawl space because there was a lot of humidity. Does the job!

This is great. Works as described in product specifications. Wifi is an added convenient to operate remotely. I am using this in my basement.

Working good, That is notify you of full bucket which is great. Price is a little bit high.

This product was not difficult to install and not to big

wow I could not believe how much moisture was in our basement, need to empty 2 times a day.

I qas a bit intimated regarding the sophistication of how far dehumidifiers have come with now having Wi-Fi connectivity and all. However, this model is pretty straight forward. The instructions are easy to follow and all features work seamlessly.

Works nice but only lasted 2 1/2 years. Thankfully the 5 year warranty covered it and they sent me a brand new unit.

Good machine very little maintenance required. Easy to use and kept our basement humidity where we wanted. Also the low sound is a great plus.

Everything works! Basement humidity is kept at 30-50 %. I use the supplied hose to drain water from the unit to the sink. Such a convenient features. Excellent buy!

I bought this to help with a humid basement. It works fantastic! Over the last two weeks It eliminated the musty smell in a little over a week. When I first started using it I'd have to empty it about once every day. it took out that much humidity. It has a drain hose you could run to a floor drain so you don't have to empty it so often. I want to get a second one to keep on the main floor. definitly worth the $350.

Excellent dehumidifier that is performing as advertised. Easy to use and does an excellent job of controlling the humidity in my large basement.

Works great, keeps my basement dry and sucks a lot of water out of the air. Noticed fewer bugs around my ancient house since I got it, and the basement smells ... fine I guess? Better than musty, which is how I would have described it before. App is a nice touch, though not really necessary. I've fed the output hose into the pump I already had for my condensing furnace, which gives that pump something to do during the summer. Happy with my purchase

Replacing a 3 year old Westinghouse that should have lasted longer. Fan burned out and kept overheating. This is quiet and I liked that the filter is on the back versus having to pull the bucket out to get to. We will see how long this one lasts. I can’t seem to get it to cycle off when humidity level reached. Fan always stays on other wise I would have given it 5 stars for now.

Pulls the moisture out of the room . Quiet operation .only issue with it is it will heat up the area it is in

Acquired this as a replacement for an existing dehumidifier after the condenser failed. The only choice Best Buy had for the same size unit. Does the job to dehumidify the air, but runs noisier than the prior unit.

Fresh out of box. Easy setup. WiFi has not been utilized yet. Went right to work on flooded basement and has not disappointed Great price
