Does the Job But Noisy

The only choice Best Buy had for the same size unit. Does the job to dehumidify the air, but runs noisier than the prior unit.

I love the quality of the dehumidifyer, but the tech in it is great too. I can see the unit on my phone with an app. I have had this plugged in for over a year now and its still running strong. I like the auto drain feature as well because I never have to worry about checking the drain bucket.

When I first started to use this, it started to spit water out of the top. I am not sure why as I was using the drainage hole so there should not be any built-up water. It has recently stopped doing this.

Bought it last month and it's been working very well ever since. It is quiet and keeps our lower level nice and dry! When we slide the collection basket out, there's a nice handle to carry it over to the sink to empty. So far, so good!!!

It works. Brought it down from high 50s to low 60s inside to 40 where it stays now. It's hardly run since the first couple weeks. I keep it set at 50. Live in louisiana just to give an idea of the environment (always humid)

A basement life game changer.

Cool that it comes with a small hose as well that happened to be enough length for my purposes. Hopefully it lasts a long time. Having an app enabled dehumidifier is great because typically they are hidden away where you can't access all that easily.

Out old one had let the humidity get up there so it took this one a few days to bri g it down, but has kept it steady since we got it. Wish it had some features, like being able to turn it off for a few hrs in the morning and have it turn itself back on, but if it has that feature, it is difficult to find it.

The only improvement would be to strengthen the hose connection on the continuous drain. The drain hose connects to the to the unit via a pressed on hose connection. It can easily pull off. Either a clamp to secure the hose, or a screw on hose would be preferable.
