We needed a unit for an attached garage. The unit is doing a great job!

Great device and does what it says it does, lowers RH%. I got this for my mom and it was able to bring down the RH% from ~79% to ~55% in 3 days, <50% in 7 days. I really like the RH% that displays in digits on the front of the device. My only issue was getting the wifi to work. it could be router that's the issue

I bought my dehumidifier in Mayl. It worked well all summer. It crashed in October. Flashing lights, and slow fan speed. I called customer support, they sent me a new one within two weeks.

The power cord is short (about 3 ft) and the continuous drain cord is short (approximately 2ft). This makes it impossible to position unless you have a drain right near an outlet. And the directions state (do not use this appliance with an extension cord). Also, the instructions say to run it on 30% high fan for the 1st 3 days to bring down your humidity. I had to run mine for 8 days before it made a difference in the humidity level. Also, the description says it’s quiet. It is not quiet. If you spend time in your basement, it will definitely be an issue as I can hear it on the floor above where it is positioned. I do enjoy the WiFi feature because I can check and control everything from my phone

Works good. I haven't noticed too much of a difference in the room temperature since the dehumidifier blows out so much hot air that it actually feels like it's hotter then before I turned it on. I do feel the difference in the humidity level though.

It really takes the humidity down, but it heats the room alot

Using it in the dog bathing area to keep the humidity down. It works great. I have the timer set for On and Off.

This thing is a beast! I bought it because my basement flooded (no standing water, just running from uphill to a corner drain. The humidity was 90%. A few days later, with this thing running, it was 50%, and now it is 38%. I haven't tried the wireless feature yet. I just set my target humidity at 35% and let it run.

Its doing what its supposed to do running really well have it on auto with hose connected for the water to the drain have no issues so far keeping humidity in control pretty good

Very quiet, hold lots of water and multiple settings that easy to use.

We knew there was a lot of humidity in the house and this removed it in a few hours. We emptied the water capture bin and was totally surprised to see that it was almost full after a few hours.

Works pretty good at dehumidifying. Device is loud though. You get used to the noise as background noise. But I had to raise the volume of my TV by about 20% to hear it.

This thing is very reliable and can manage a lot of hours running. My studio gets very humid and it can stay running for hours and gets my studio less humid.

I REALLY LIKE THE WIFI CAPABILITY. CAN CHECK HUMIDITY FROM WORK.

Does the job, Easy to install. Quiet too. Keeps the area dry.

I'm happy with this unit overall. I like the digital display for humidity, and the efficiency since I see a lower energy bill using this model vs. my old unit that was not as efficient.

Great Quiet smart dehumidifer. Does it job and includes a drain line. App allows chaning setting and checking filter. Works great and i purchased two. 5 year warrenty included!

Works well out of the box. Need to get an identical one repaired & can’t find a place that repairs these. More support for this need would be very much appreciated.
