    This would have been 5 stars but the humidity reader is always high when the machine is off, then once you start the machine it corrects itself

    This collected all the water within my room and clears the humidity instantly. The fan sound is low and I love that I can plug it in and it runs itself.

    Very good product for the price range. It does a nice job in my basement. I can read and control it from my phone. So far so good going into 2nd summer season.

    It works quite well. I bought this device to help get some moisture out of my home. I was surprised at how quickly it started filling up. I didn't realize how much moisture was really inside my house. It has done quite a nice job of controlling moisture in my house.

    had trouble with direct feed connection for supplied drain hose......it leaked so removed it to do direct fill and will dump as needed,

    Works to extract moisture. Did not get the Wi-Fi to work as signal is 2.4 vs 5g. Has not hit the moisture % to shut off even with continuous drain.

There is a 5% threshold when the desired humidity setting has been reached. The compressor will shut off once the relative humidity is 5% lower than your desired setting. The fan will continue to run for up to 3 minutes to cool the motor and will then shut off. Operation restores once the relative humidity is 5% higher than your desired setting. This might explain why the unit has not shut off.

    It works but unlike other dehumidifiers we've had, this unit does not turn off when the room gets to the desired humidity level.

    Keeps humidity where I want it. I like that you can adjust with smart phone and Bluetooth feature. I wish you could set humidity level and it would shut down when achieved. This unit works on timer only.

    Easy setup, once we found the instructions to connect it to access the smart features. The booklet included with the box had a QR code to a broken sitelink. Working well.

    They backup their warranty

    I had a problem with my dehumidifier. I contacted the manufacture, and they agreed something was not right. In 3 days they sent me another unit. This was awesome, I never expected service like that. The new unit works fine.

    Needed to clear the air because our apartment has very poor ventilation. It’s a small apartment, about 750 square feet, and when we opened all the doors, this thing took care of all of the moisture issues we were having. I would definitely buy it again!

    Sweating ducts

    I have insulated ducts for my house AC running within an attached garage. Due to humidity, the ducts were sweating condensation right through the insulated ducts. I put the dehumidifier within the 2 car garage and it solved the sweating ducts problem

    Grabs plenty of water from the air in my house. Bluetooth connectivity is cool. A little noisy but usually the case with dehumidifiers.

    Amazing so few dehumidifiers now have the option of hooking a drain hose to them. That was the basic reason I bought this unit. So far it has been working continuously with no difficulties. I like the fact that it reports the humidity level continuously on the front where it's easily seen.

    This dehumidifier was excellent in keeping moisture down in our full basement area. It stays cool and dark for the most part and we found it to be picking up a odor due to this and no humidity control. This item was the best.

    Easy to use and set up, WiFi connection worked great and nice to be able to monitor when gone. Seems to run constantly and never gets below the set threshold though.

    When the compressor turns in it is very loud I have an older LG that had its problems but the tank was huge compared to this unit Will be returning
