I need to run my unit 24 hrs a day. On day 3 the Honeywell started to freeze up in the back and not collect water like the Frigidaire. I returned the Honeywell and repurchased the Frigidaire. I strongly suggest to get the extended warrenty. These products don’t last past 2 years.

Great little device.

I bought this device to help get some moisture out of my home. I was surprised at how quickly it started filling up. I didn't realize how much moisture was really inside my house. It has done quite a nice job of controlling moisture in my house.

Good dehumidifier

There is a 5% threshold when the desired humidity setting has been reached. The compressor will shut off once the relative humidity is 5% lower than your desired setting. The fan will continue to run for up to 3 minutes to cool the motor and will then shut off. Operation restores once the relative humidity is 5% higher than your desired setting. This might explain why the unit has not shut off.

I like that you can adjust with smart phone and Bluetooth feature. I wish you could set humidity level and it would shut down when achieved. This unit works on timer only.

Great little machine

It’s a small apartment, about 750 square feet, and when we opened all the doors, this thing took care of all of the moisture issues we were having. I would definitely buy it again!

Sweating ducts

Due to humidity, the ducts were sweating condensation right through the insulated ducts. I put the dehumidifier within the 2 car garage and it solved the sweating ducts problem

I contacted the manufacture, and they agreed something was not right. In 3 days they sent me another unit. This was awesome, I never expected service like that. The new unit works fine.

Dehumidifier that really works GREAT

It stays cool and dark for the most part and we found it to be picking up a odor due to this and no humidity control. This item was the best.

Best dehumidifier

The doors had swollen due to the moisture. Used this and all levels went back to normal and the doors were operable again.
