It has only been a few months, but this machine really works well. Easy to empty water bin. Wish it came with a longer water outlet hose so I could drain right into floor drain.

Without pump you need to always empty the bucket unless you have it in the basement near a drain.

Works good, but it doesn't turn off at anytime. Also, it works great with the app.

I have owned several different brands of dehumidifiers. This is the quietest. It is working well enough that I have ordered a second one for another area - this time with the pump.

Bought this in a pinch when we desperately needed a replacement as our old one went bad and started leaking. Turned out to be awesome replacement.

This dehumidifier works so well to bring down the humidity in my basement. It runs very quietly too.

The dehumidifier is quiet and seems to do a good job of removing moisture from the air, but it has to unplugged prior to emptying. After removing the bucket, there is then dripping inside the dehumidifier that requires it to be wiped down prior to replacing the bucket. Although this was not the least expensive unit available, we purchased it because of the Honeywell name.

I replaced an 11 year old mid tier 70pt Frigidaire unit that finally died. That unit wasn't great but it wasn't bad either given the relative price. This unit was double the price, so I expected it to be substantially better. As it turns out, this unit is extremely lackluster especially given it's supposed to be a smart device. First, the setup and control of the device is atrocious. If the unit is "off" the "smart" stuff won't turn it back on. When it's left on at target points, it continues to use full power whether it's just blowing or actively dehumidifying. It doesn't have an on off duty cycle like every other dehumidifier. On top of that this thing is an extreme power hog. It literally doubles my electricity usage! And that's with the AC running during the summer. My old unit was a hog but it only accounted for about 10-20% of my summer usage, not half! Not more than all my other electronics and HVAC systems combined! Just absurd! Needless to say I'll be replacing this next season. This is too expensive to operate when it can't even do a basic duty cycle.

This is a great dehumidifier, but my water tank developed a split in it after a few weeks and I didn’t realize it. It soaked my upstairs carpeting and went into the floor beneath me causing damage to the ceiling. I currently have the tube running into a water jug. I don’t believe this is a true Honeywell product, I emailed the company that makes it numerous times and they won’t reply to my request for a new water tank. I’ve even offered to pay for it, even though I’ve only had it a couple of months. Not sure what else to do, but Honeywell is a great company normally, but unfortunately the company that licensed their name isn’t as reliable.

Good unit, very nice looking but I’m always questioning the advertised sq. Ft. Perhaps I have an extremely humid area but it’s only about 500 sq. Ft and the unit runs almost constantly. It’s not a super loud unit but it’s not ultra quiet (i would give it a B). The WiFi operation instructions isn’t super smooth but you will figure it out. Overall it’s decent.

Works great so far. My basement humidity was pretty high. After using the Honeywell's unit it brought the temps down tremendously. Time will tell if it holds but for now I will recommend this unit.

Does the job well - hope it lasts longer than a year as the other brand did not.

This dehumidifier did not work as well as the GE dehumidifier I Purchased. While having the ability to control it via an app connected to Wi-Fi it does not dehumidifier as well as the similar size and cheaper priced GE unit.

I purchased this model a second time after the first one broke down 17 days after the 4 year extended warranty expired. It was acting flaky a year prior as it was shutting off sporadically but I didn’t take it back to the store for a replacement in time. It was too heavy to haul up the basement stairs and I thought it would last a good 5 years as my house is less than half the sqr foot coverage claimed by the specifications. Shame on me to assume that BB would honor the replacement as it permanently stopped working so close to the warranty expiration date. But they didn’t, even after having been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Then Amazon listed the price for $279 for the same exact model this week and BB wouldn’t honor the price match because the manufacturer dropped price and not Amazon. Again letting me down! They wouldn’t reimburse the $69 difference abd recommended I read the fine print in their price match policy! Truly unbelievable and so disappointed with BB again!!!

Has worked out great in the basement, have set at 40% and it runs throughout the day. The app is very basic but gets the job done and can integrate with google home.

Best dehumdifier for the price. Large tank means fewer trips to empty. It works well.

Not only does it work well, but I got it on sale! With the continuous drain hose and working max on a humid day I pull a 5 gallon bucket of water in 24 hours. Love the app controls. Looks nice too
