It was shipped in the original packaging and somewhere in transit it was dropped and came out of the box. The box was also soaked and unopened when UPS put it on my doorstep. I am sure it would have worked just fine but I was too concerned that it was completely damaged. So, I ended up returning it.

Easy to use. The drain pipe is a little flinsy but tgats ok . One thing: despite setting at 55% , this unit does shutoff even if hunidity sendor is reading 50%.

With the continuous drain hose and working max on a humid day I pull a 5 gallon bucket of water in 24 hours. Love the app controls. Looks nice too

You may need to check for any kinks or bends in the hose, which could be hindering the water to empty in the drain. Some floors may have an uneven surface which may affect the continuous drainage function. You may need to raise the front of the Dehumidifier ½ to 1 inch (1.27 cm to 2.54 cm) from the floor. The water condensation will drain out the back hose and not into the bucket. Our customer support team will be able to look into your concerns and troubleshoot for you.
