Great for our basement!

It never shut off unless the bucket was full and the measurement of humidity seemed way off. The internet connection part was neat but the thing has to work.

There is a 5% threshold when the desired humidity setting has been reached. The compressor will shut off once the relative humidity is 5% lower than your desired setting. The fan will continue to run for up to 3 minutes to cool the motor and will then shut off. Operation restores once the relative humidity is 5% higher than your desired setting. Started Acting Up The Day After The Return Period

Trying to get through to customer service is impossible.

When I started running it in the spring the compressor failed in June 2021. Got a replacement for $40 with Geek Squad warranty. Loud noise from fan started in July 2021 until the fan failed in Sept 2021. I have owned several dehumidifiers over the last 15 years. Most will last a year or two, but this is the worst one.
