works ok but terrible customer service

It does draw water out of the air well. However it has now become very noisy and can be heard upstairs from the basement. I registered the product when purchased so contacted customer service about the noise. It has been a month since my first contact with them. On 9/28 they told me I would hear from them in 48 hours - it's now 10/5! This is not an inexpensive purchase so I am very disappointed.

But maybe a month after use it started leaking. It progressively got worse. Before exchanging I decided to take it a part to see if there was anything I could adjust. Only to find a hole in a hose that was pretty large. Made since bc it started soaking my floor before I checked. I will update this review if the new one works better
