Garbage. Squirts water all over, doesn’t heat. Not sure how it has such a great rating.

The Paws and Claws Carpet Cleaning formula is fast and super effective in use with my Hoover, but I also used it with my busses machine and just as good cleaning and fresh look to my dank carpets. After cleaning multiple areas, I was very impressed how bright the carpets looked and how great smelling the house was after, you never realize with pets the odor...but wow after. Coverage area so far I think is worth the price. Very good cleaning and freshness added to the house.

We have 2 dogs. This did very well with their newest floor cleaner. The smell is lightly scented and disappears once the carpet dries which is nice because it’s excellent for animals and you don’t wind up smelling rug perfumes for a week. That was a big deal for me as my allergies cause me enough problems. It pulled the dirt from our carpet and they felt softer and looked clean. Not too much you can say about rug cleaning solutions. It works well and I would definitely recommend it.

This Paws and Claws Formula seems to work fine, about like every other cleaner solution out there. Did a good job getting the pet smell out of the carpet. Hard to say if the cleanliness of the carpet is due to the solution, or just how good my Hoover carpet cleaner is (Maybe a combo of both) But I will say everything does smell better. Have an area that has a set stain that's been there since I moved in, it's now almost not noticeable. Does the job, definitely reccomend

We used this cleaning solution with Hoover's Smartwash Pet Complete carpet cleaner and it did a great job removing dirt, stains, and smell without leaving behind unpleasant residue or strong detergent scents. It also worked well for pre-treatment on a couple of tough stains, including one that I'd previously had trouble removing.

While putting my Hoover SmartWash carpet cleaner to work as part of my staycation, I used the Paws and Claws cleaning solution and am as happy with that as the cleaner itself. It just WORKS! I don't detect any residue left behind nor odors as others have mentioned. In combination with the cleaner, the pile of my carpeting stands up and is softer on bare feet. It just WORKS!

I had a pretty bad spot on my carpet where my dog puked. Using this cleaning formula and a Hoover pet vacuum, I was able to get it cleaned up! I know this product says pets and paws on it, but it worked for me for much more! Used it for doggy throw up and even just giving my entire carpet a cleanup. The carpet was very nice and soft afterward.

I used this solution to clean a carpet that hasn't been cleaned in over 30 years and it came out great. I didn't have to use a lot either, I actually diluted it because I wasn't sure how it would interact with the carpet. For the amount given in a bottle, this is tremendous value.

The Hoover Paws and Claws carpet cleaning formula works well in a Hoover carpet cleaner. I don't know that it worked any differently or better than other soaps, but this did the job without any kind of foaming and without leaving the carpet feeling like there was a soap residue.

Great product, seems to work as advertised. I have 3 cats, so their cat towers can get a little dirty quickly but using this formula has helped cut down the number of times I have to clean their towers and my carpets. Also helps reduce the smells of having 3 cats a bit.

I figured that there wouldn't be a whole lot of difference between name brand cleaning solutions but perhaps I was wrong. I had steam cleaned my carpet previously with my old steam cleaner and a different brand of cleaning formula. It wasn't many days later that I got this solution and decided to try it sooner rather than later and was amazed how dirty the water was in a new machine with a different product. Not only that, it seemed to me that there wasn't a "stale smell" that I previously had as the carpet dried. I'm trusting that future uses will be as good.

Received a small container of this cleaner with our new SMARTWASH carpet cleaner and it did an excellent job both on carpets and our cloth furniture. Be sure to read and follow the instruction on the container and you'll be very happy with the results. We have large and small dogs that live in our home, cleaning is a must and continual, having a quality cleaning product you can trust is great!

This solution (pun intended) works very well for general cleaning and for pet-specific problems. Happily, it does not rely on overwhelming fragrances to tell the user, "smell how well I am working!" Instead it just cleans carpets and rugs well for a home-based system. In use with a Hoover steamer, it was efficient and consumed much less than anticipated. For convenience, the cap comes with a neat little poring lip. Very thoughtful. Overall, this product exceeds expectations.

Works great and smells great. The cap even has a little spout on it so less mess when pouring it into your machine.

More times than not, when using a cleaning solution we've come to believe that unless it has a scent things aren't clean. I prefer to have no scent or odor at all. When I used this solution it got the carpet clean and when all was done, the room smelled fresh; no scent or odor. The lack of scent was refreshing. I know it may seem backward but having clean air without the smell of anything was a very nice change. Great cleaning strength and no residue.

I used this with my Hoover Smartwash Pet Complete carpet cleaner and it did a fantastic job deodorizing the carpet and leaving a pleasant smell. It says that it also helps prevent stains in the future with Stainguard technology. It's nice to know that if an accident did occur this would help prevent the stain from setting in, but I'm hoping I never have to test that feature! Recommend for anyone using a Hoover cleaner that wants the best results.

This is great if you have pets and/or kids! Gets out dirt and stains and keep your carpets looking great!

As a carpet cleaning solution, it worked well in pulling out dirt and odor from some old carpet in my child's bedroom. This works just as well on toilet training accidents as it does on pet messes, so parents of small children can use this even if you don't have dogs or cats in the house. I don't like scented carpet cleaners because I don't need rooms smelling perfumed, so I appreciate this being unscented. After cleaning the carpet I noticed a faint "chemically" after-smell of the cleaning solution itself, but it quickly faded through the next day as the carpet dried.

Full disclaimer: I used this with the Smartwash Complete Pet Carpet Cleaner, and have not used any other solutions with it. That said, this worked great, it dried quickly, and as long as you keep your pets off of the carpet while it dries (USE FANS TO DRY FASTER), it does a great job reducing odors and giving your house and carpets a clean, fresh smell and feeling.

I had several very large stains from our dogs, and this solution in our carpet cleaner made short work of it! There is no trace of the messes they left behind, even after they had been there for several days and the stains had set in! Highly recommend!
