This is my first cordless vacuum and was recommended by my aunt. I've used a Dyson vacuum for the past four years but it scratched up the wood floors in my new house. This is Hoover's newest cordless Air and it comes with a lift canister which makes it convenient to take out to the car, garage, etc or better get in hard-to-reach places. It's extremely light, has an LED light that illuminates the area, and comes with two battery packs so you always have a backup. I was able to vacuum my 2200sf house on both and still had charge left on the second battery pack. The best feature to me is the cordless feature. Makes it so much easier to move from room to room without plugging/unplugging! It's seriously life-changing. The suction isn't as good as the Dyson, but I don't think any other vacuum will match Dyson's suction, and I will happily overlook that for all its other features. Plus it's half the price of a Dyson!

Hands down, the best vacuum I've ever owned or operated. It is so powerful that it was sucking up dirt and grime from deep within our carpets that somehow survived our other vacuums and even a shampooing. We were equally horrified and fascinated by the filth that came up from what we thought were clean carpets. The unit comes with two easily interchangeable batteries so you can always have one ready to go in case the other dies before you finish vacuuming. The batteries even let you know how much power they have remaining so you can plan ahead accordingly. The unit lifts out of roller part and is very light, perfect for stairs or bringing to the car for cleaning. The canister easily pops out for dumping into the waste recepticle then pops right back in for more cleaning. Movement is also a breeze with the swiveling base so taking the corners is no trouble at all. The only downside to this vacuum is that every so often, you need to pop off the filter from the canister and rinse it under warm water for a couple of minutes, then air dry for 24 hours. Luckily, it comes with a spare filter so if a vacuuming emergency comes up, you can take care of it while the other filter dries.

We had the previous version of this vacuum (it wasn’t a lift away). We loved that vacuum and love this one too. My only complaint from the previous one was that it wasn’t a lift away and Hoover came out with this! Easy to use and has great suction. We have two dogs and it is really good with dog hair. The lift away is a little bit heavier than I thought it would be but I’m fine with it. I can vacuum at least 5 full size rooms and still have battery power left. Definitely worth the investment.

I finally decided to replace my 12 year old Hoover upright as the weight and cord made vacuuming my townhouse a real chore. Couldn't be happier with the air cordless....it has made vacuuming a real pleasure! Pro's.....no cord, detachable canister, ease of emptying the the dirt, 2 lithium batteries, very light weight, ability to reach up to 10' with the canister and plenty of power. Con's....might have a little less suction than a corded upright but seems like I end up picking up more dust, hair etc. The boost feature is really nice as well. I highly recommend this product and am very happy with my purchase!

This cordless vacuum is awesome! The battery life is great!,cleans so well, and i love the boost mode. The only thing i dont like is having to clean the roller every 2 weeks. Its easy to do but an extra thing. I now vacuum every week! The best investment ive made so far.

Awesome cordless vacuum cleaner! Incredibly powerful for and without a cord there is no need to search for an outlet. It comes with an extra battery so you always have one ready while one is charging. The lift off feature is great and lets you take it to your car or hard to reach areas. Overall a great product and backed by an incredible warranty.

Good suction, love cordless feature and extra battery. Replaces our Big vacuum to clean our expensive oriental rugs, smooth transition from rug to floor. Emptying the dirt cup so easy. This is the second one we have brought.

This vacuum is great! I get so sick of tripping over cords and holding them up. This solves the problem and it is so easy to use. I can go through the whole house and not have to worry about unplugging and than plugging back in. One battery does the entire job for me. So glad I decided to buy this. A bit pricey but very well worth it for me.

Hoover has created what has become my favorite vacuum. Surprisingly strong vacuum that pulls dirt out of carpets and off bare floors. Battery has a very long life before recharging. I do not hesitate recommending this vacuum. It's a great package with great features.

I don't give 5 stars for anything, but this is as close as it gets. I already had a earlier version and it's great, but was missing the extensions was just what I wanted in this product and works great. I have had the older version for years and the batteries are still working great, and that is something you don't ever see. Suction is great and can do a big house just fine. I would definitely recommend this products.

So easy to use. I grab it and hook my studio apartment up in minutes. No cords and no hassle. Has plenty of power even going from carpet to a linoleum hard floor. Never gonna buy a vacuum with a cord ever again

Hoover Air Cordless Upright in blue is a pleasure to use. It's lightweight and is easy to control. I especially like that I can remove the canister and vacuum stairs or ceiling fans without having the rest of the upright attached. It comes with 2 batteries, a wall charger, and 2 attachments. Best of all is that it is cordless! I just might buy another to keep downstairs.

Easy to use cordless vacuum cleaner with a lot of sucking power!It is lightweight and can move around the house with no problem, my wife loves it! Also is easy to clean as well.

We wanted a cordless vacuum as powerful as our old Shark corded one with good battery life. After a lot of research we found this Hoover cordless one. I must say, this thing freakin' rocks! It pulls dirt in at least as well as our old corded one and the battery life is quite amazing; you can vacuum a large one story home on one battery charge! And you get two batteries and the charger with it. This beauty is totally the way to go cordless!

We wanted a cordless vacuum that had strong suction and a good battery life. This Hoover fulfilled all of those needs. We are enjoying it.

Enjoy using this model. It is light weight but sturdy. Cleans in small tight places and covers many surfaces with ease.

This vacuum has great suction and the battery lasts a long time. The brush button is great for moving from hard floors to carpet.

Good vacuuming time, especially that you get 2 batteries. Picks up real well and doesn't weigh too much.
