Great vacuum for pets. Did grow weak and break after a month or two.

This is much heavier than I expected and I do not like the attachments.

Attachments kept popping off and the angle of the brushes made it difficult to clean. The telescopic hose attachment kept collapsing. I used to be in the janitorial business and Hoover was a great product but not this model.

I bought this for my new house I had yet to buy. So it's still in the box.

Was not happy with this vacuum due to it was cheaply made and easily broken due to cheap parts.

Everything about it is what I expected. I was searching for something that is stylish and suction is pretty good. I like how you can remove vacuum for easier use for example like vacuuming your car. Overall the vacuum is good.

Returned it the next day because it was blowing dirt and hair got tangled in the brush.

It works amazing, I had an old one and it will always catch hair on the brush and had to be cleaning it every time we will vacuum but not this one. I really recommend for the price.

I was really excited for this vacuum . I have a cat and a rabbit that make a mess. Im constantly vacuuming. I thought i would upgrade my bissel from walmart to something "better". Well its not better. The hard wood floor suction stinks. It barely picks up my cat litter which my other vacuum had no issue with. It is really heavy and hurts my arm pushing it around room from room. I tried taking off the container part and decided not to bother trying to do my stairs because its so heavy to carry. The extra adds on fall off randomly. If you try to use the hose with the parts it tips over so easily. It is annoying to try to stretch it to reach farther areas. The cleaning the fan part? Yea did not work at all. I did almost pull the fan down though. But the dust stayed on it. OVerall i hate this thing and im returning it. Ill stick with my cheap bissel from walmart any day. lll give it 3 stars for the fact that it looks fancy and i guess it worked well on the carpet. Thats about it.

I was considering the Shark and this vacuum and I'm glad I chose the Hoover. It's well made, easy to use and has so many great tools. It adjusts to the different floor levels and the steerable design makes vacuuming a breeze.

The product works well, but it does seem heavy. The weight distribution makes it a little heavy on top. A lot of accessories so overall happy with the purchase.

light weight, easy to use, and it gets the job done.

This is the best vacuum that I have ever owned or used.

it has good vaccuum power & cleans great, but a little heavy.. i do like that it swivels & the bagless feature was awesome & easy to use.. got it on sale so worth the price!

I have gotten 3, yes thats right 3 of these Vacuums due to them breaking and replacing with a warranty in a 1 year period. Each of the 3 all broke in the same manor, the brush motor died. My 3rd one failed today. I've paid $40 each time for the warranty on it. (Because the warranty doesnt transfer to the new one) when I go in this time I am NOT getting another one of these, I'm not paying a $10 a month fee to continue replacing vacuums with the same defect over and over again. Also the 1st one I got came with half its parts missing. I didnt know they where actually missing until I got my 2nd one and it had attachments and hooks my 1st one didnt have. Manufacturer warranties are out of the question, I cant go weeks and or months without a vacuum waiting for it to be replaced or fixed. On the plus side and this is the reason it even gets 1 star beyond the fact you cant give 0. Its great for vacuuming the staircase, broken brush motor or not.

the only problem when you remove the the pice to vacum stairs when attaching it again in time it won't align properly.
