This vacuum has been great so far! The steering part is a plus! Best Buy even priced matched Amazon and got to use my reward!

According to Consumer Reports this unit is rated over all they Dyson units. I purchased it and it is amazing. Would recommend this vacuum, and do your homework before hand

My wife and I were shopping for a new vacuum cleaner and sure we will get the new shark brand vacuum. But when we got there, the best buy rep guided us picking the right vacuum. This vacuum is probably by far the closest thing you can purchase to a dyson bran for the price. It almost has all the features of a dyson for a fraction of the price. It cleans our carpets, hardwood floor, tiles, area rugs with ease.

We looked at allot of vaccums and nothing compared to this one without spending 400 or more. It is light and we use it on tile and carpet.

This vacuum has been a good tool and has been able to keep our carpet Klein and puffy. Doesn't make much of a noise and it is very light. My wife has been very happy with me fork making. The decision to buy this vacuum. I really would recommend this vacuum to all my friends and consumers. I am happy I bought this nice electronic vacuum

This product was bought for a small one bedroom apartment. Over 70% of the apartment is a shag style rug. It has worked well on that style of rug and area.

After having replaced all of the carpeting in my home with solid surfaces my (20 year old) vacuum became of no good use. I was looking for a vacuum that could work well on hard wood, cork, and tile floors as well as on my area rugs. I also wanted a bagless machine and one with a good filter. I went to a nearby vacuum store and they tried to sell me a $300 machine that didn't have nearly as many features. I did some research online and then went to my nearest Best Buy store to look at several different models. Though I'm perfectly comfortable ordering online, I really wanted to see these vacuums first hand as weight, functionality and durability are important to me. I'm glad Best Buy had many models on display. This hoover had just the right amount of functions and attachments to fit my needs. The unit is relatively light weight and I really like that it's "Steerable". The filter is easy to clean and/or replace. Also the attachments are easy to use and don't hinder the operation when not in use. The brushes are easy to turn on and off when needed. It's made from a lot of plastic, so my only worry is that it may not hold up to weekly use and I may have to replace it after only a few years.

Vacuum does a fairly good job of picking up dirt on carpet and hardwood floors. I wish the container held a little more dirt before needing to be emptied.

I especially like that this vaccuum is easy to manuvuer. I can whip it around the floor in no time! It has great suction and does a good job.

Our old Wind Tunnel finally gave up. It was 20 years old. We had seen an ad for a Dyson that was on sale. After, we looked at the Dyson we were unimpressed. Then we decided to get another Wind Tunnel. It worked great for us and wanted to try another. This one is better at going between hard floors and carpet. It also has great suction. The attachment set up . . . not so good.

I don't have too much to ask from a vacuum cleaner expect that it picks up visible dirt. This does that! Also, the swivel on the handle is a nice feature.

This vacuum works well on carpeting and hard floor surfaces. Picks up large amounts of dog hair and dust easily! Very happy with this product.

It has good suction and it's lightweight, but it's not height adjustable.

Bought this after comparing several different models. I am impressed with how well it picks up the dirt, including cat hair and how easy it is to clean after each use. I would recommend this to friends and family. I was a little worried about ordering online because normally I'd like to see the appliance I am purchasing, but was 100% happy with this model.

Love it. Easy to use right out the box. Very lightweight and easy to maneuver.
