It over Heats quickly!!

I'll use it for 5- 10 minutes and it will get hot and shut off. I have been telling my partner to return it but doesn't want to go through the hassle. There are no cooling vents for the motor. This should get recalled. Buy something else.

We think we can help! We suggest you remove the dirt cup, take out the filter and rinse it under warm water. Then let it dry for 24 hours before replacing. Next, remove your hose at both ends and check if there is anything stuck in there. If those two places seem fine, there's one last place. Remove the base plate and brushroll and use a wire utensil to check for any obstructions in the lower nozzle.This should get your Air Steerable working again. if it doesn't, please email John.Hitch@ttifloorcare.com for further assistance. The Air Steerable should work great on bare floors and most carpet types, though it's suction may be too much for light area rugs. If you have stairs, look elsewhere!

The only option for vacuuming stairs with this model is a tiny tool w/a one inch opening. You can't put the actual vacuum on the stairs - it flops around when in vacuum mode and doesn't suction when upright. Since we have two sets of stairs, this presents a major headache. My previous Hoover had a great attachment for stairs, but this one gives you nothing. So disappointed.
