Great replacement for our old, heavy Hoover. The swivel feature and the weight are wonderful! It does not have a way to adjust the amount of suction (hence 4 stars). Do not get this if you are tall. My husband is 6'3" and can't use it. If the handle height and pushing angle fits you, it's an excellent option.

An okay vacuum for the price. It does not have very powerful suction.

It seems like these days vacuums are all made of plastic, including top of the line brands. They don't last like the old ones. So why pay premium prices? This one came on sale on a 'Deal of the Day' and works great! Not sure any more money would improve performance or features.

We love the maneuverability of this unit, and the low profile so it can get underneath furniture. The roller can be turned off for hard surface cleaning also. This is our second purchase of this model, our first (still going strong) was purchased two years ago.

We've had a Dyson before, but it eventually died, so we gave this a shot when it was on sale. So far, it's been a pleasant surprise. I'm really impressed with how much it picks up and our carpet feels a lot "spongier" after running the vacuum over it. So far, so good.

This vacuum works well for the price point. I have had Dyson in the past and this works, for my use, about as good.

We purchased this item for our college- aged daughter. With the HEPA filters, it is super effective for their household of 6 girls. It's a little heavier than Ideal, but sturdier than the more light-weight model.

Bought this on sale after getting a shark. I returned the shark for this because this had the swivel feature. It was well worth it. I love that feature and this fits easily under furniture.

We bought this vacuum for our daughter's college household and it does a fabulous job. It is a bit heavy but still very manageable. The HEPA function works well and we like the bag less feature.

I bought this to replace Shark Pro. This was supposed to be easier to maneuver but it seems to be just as heavy. It doesn't seem to pick up lint as well as the Shark did.

I purchased this vacuum as a replacement for one that I had purchased earlier and it had broke. I love Best Buy

This thing is perfect. Handling is easy. Can't beat the convenience of bag less. Very little weight my small wife can carry it herself. Totally recommend

Does the job fairly well, the only thing that troubles me is just like every other vacuum if you do not clean it periodically, dust particles tend to take over!

This vacuum is very good! It's easy to use, cleans very well. I can even clean my couches with it. It's very good with all types of floors.

Love the light weight of this vacuum and all the accessories that comes with it. Easy to clean and store. Great value for the money.

Much lighter than my "former" model and it is picking up stuff from the floor that makes me wonder why we didn't get one sooner.

The vacuum is so hard on my back that I cannot move after using this vacuum. It grabs or sucks the carpet so hard I cannot move it forward or backward. It grabs small rugs and moves it with the vacuum, so you cannot vacuum the small rugs. Although it is good on dog hair, The dog hair wraps around the brush so that you have to sit on the floor, unscrew 4 screws of the plate and use a seam ripper to get the hair out of the brush, every time you use the vacuum. Holds very little in the debris canister. What a pain in the neck to be changing to the hose. I use the hose constantly with the vacuum, but you have to pull the hose out, open a little door, push the hose into the door area to be able to use it, then vise versa to use the vacuum. You should just be able to pull it out and use it, Not go though so many steps to put into another outlet. The cord base is way at the bottom of the machine and often in the way. I just hate it.

We replaced our Dyson with this, as we only have one room with Carpeting now, and it is amazing!!! Sucks up everything.

Really good quality vacuum, and easy to maneuver around. Wish it was cordless. Hard to remove hair that gets caught on the wheel.
