not good for a hoover

While this vacuum was initially awesome, easy to use with great suction, somehow it doesn't seem to suck with a darn anymore. I have nothing out of the ordinary on my floors so am having to use my handheld dyson =( which hasn't failed yet. poor performance by a reputable brand, sorry to have purchased it, need to now figure out a headache of a return with limited time as I have anyways, with work and family.

It's a Terrible Vacuum-less World!!!!

It was making all kinds of weird noises and I decided to go to the store and have it fixed as I purchased the warranty for this item. The item is still being "repaired" a few months later. If I had a chance to purchase this product again I would not.

Worst brand ever

But suddenly it just stopped working. Hoover gave me a contact of a 3rd party which provides service for Hoover products still under warranty. It's been more than 45 days since I have sent the vaccum cleaner for repair, yet no update from anyone. Worst service ever for a product which doesn't even last long!

Posted .Hi LECC! Both the primary and the HEPA filter are able to be cleaned. The primary foam filter, located beneath the dirt cup lid can be rinsed and set out to air dry. The HEPA filter can be cleaned by simply tapping out the dirt into a wastebasket. When maintained properly, you shouldn't have to replace either filter for 1-2 years. Great vacuum for pets and dirt clean up

Found this one online and picked up store same day. Used it immediately after raking the carpet for pet hair and it worked fabulously. It even worked on the tile and wood; nothing left behind or to the imagination. Decent price too!
