I much prefer this vacuum to my Sears canister that I have to plug in and tow around the kitchen. I think I will vacuum more often now that I have this. It does a good job on the laminate floor and carpet tiles. Now I just need something for those pesky stairs.

This vacuum is worth every penny!! I purchased it so that I didn't have to keep pulling out my large sized hoover vacuum just to clean up the cat and dog hair from my kitchen and great room. I also purchased it to vacuum up the cat litter that makes it's way out to my great room floor. I previously had a shark to do this and within 6 months the battery went dead, so I purchased another battery and again, within 6 months the battery went dead. Shark claims to be so powerful, but it doesn't compare to this hoover. I love having the ability to either use the brush or not use the brush when vacuuming. This vacuum is built durable and the brush is large and strong. A few times, I've accidentally caught my throw rug and thought I definitely broke the belt, but to my surprise, the belt did not break. This would happen constantly with my shark. I have recommended this vacuum to several friends and they too are in love! Worth every penny!!

We're loving it! Light weight, vacuums well, and easy to clean. Down side is the battery, that will go about 15 min before charging. However, you'd be amazed to learn how many sqf you can cover with just that...

This vacuum didn't have my hopes high at first. However after opening it and trying it out, I am thoroughly impressed in this cordless, bagless, and SUPER THIN vacuum. Definitely a must have.

Great product! If you are tired of lugging around a heavy vacuum, this is perfect for you! Even though it's a bit higher priced than other rechargeable, cordless vacuums, it is worth the extra money!!!

This is a great vacuum to use for daily little things that need vacuuming on our porcelain tile floors. It is so lightweight and easy to handle. You do need to make sure to keep the air path cleared.

We have gone through quite a few cordless sweepers before finally landing on this one. Glad to say that the saga is over. This sweeper does a great job...my wife is thrilled. Definitely worth the money.

IT DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB. BUT FOR THE PRICE AND TO MAKE IT EVEN BETTER HOOVER SHOULD PROVIDE 2 BATTERIES SO YOU CAN FINISH SOME OF THE CLEANING JOBS YOU STARTED. I WAS TOLD BY THE FACTORY YOU SHOULD DRAIN THE BATTERY (RUN IT UNTIL IT QUITS) IF YOU DO THAT AND ONLY A FEW MINUTES ARE LEFT YOU CAN'T ALWAYS FINISH THE NEXT TIME YOU USE IT WITHOUT A RECHARGE WHICH TAKES UP TO 3HRS TO RECHARGE. SO WAKE UP HOOVER AN PROVIDE THE SECOND BATTERY.

I like the look and thinness of this vacuum, but i have to say it does not do the job very well. The only way it works well is if you charge the battery at least an hour or two before using it and clean out the back part as well. All in all i like it a lot, i just wished i could at least go 2 or 3 times without having to clean it so much. The good side is that its small and light weight so it fits anywhere.

We have all hardwood floors and I use it everyday. Works great.

work okay on rugs or carpets - it does a lousy job on hard surfaces. It picks up lint and pet hair on carpets but if there is something sandy or gritty it just moves that to a different place -and cleaning any hard surface floors is wasted effort with this so have a broom or REAL vacuum ready to finish. You always seem to have pile of dirt as soon as you shut it off

This isn't a bad vacuum -its good for quick clean ups and light work, but it should be priced at less than half the current cost, for what it is. The battery life is extremely short (and inconsistent). We get between 6 and 15 minutes of use when fully charged on bare floors and very low pile carpet. I don't image it would perform well on higher pile carpets, very dirty floors or with pet hair. The dust cup can be hard to replace properly too. Overall my expectations were not met. It's not worth the effort of recharging all the time. The cost of an extra battery isn't justified either. I would not recommend this product.

I returned a Dirt Devil stick vac that did nothing but move dirt around. In return I purchased this Hoover product. I've only had it for a few days and my first impression is that it is an awsome product. At first I thought it a little pricy but with a 6 year warranty that says a lot for the quality of this vac and the manufacturer's confidence in this product.

This vacuum cleaned pretty well, but no better than my Shark Stick Vac. The Shark battery lasts about 12 minutes for me, depending on what surfaces and speeds I use. This one lasted about 14 minutes. 2 more minutes for $100 more dollars about about the same cleaning power????? That's no deal. I did like the big cleaning head and the look of the unit, but it's just not what I was expecting for the $$

I looked and read reviews online for several months before purchasing my stick vacuum. I really like my Hoover Linx. My only complaint would be that it doesn't go completely flat to fit under furniture and it's a little too heavy so it sometimes will fall over if you bump into it.

This is the best cordless vacuum I never purchased! Quality and convenience. Cordless battery last about 20 min. So if that is not long enough, order an extra battery. Works great on hardwood floor and tile. Even area rugs.

Aftrer tryijng different vacuums, this one was by far the best, It is worth every penny. The set up was easy and the power .more than our big vacuum. Picks up with ease. We love it.

worked great at first but I've now had it six months and the suction is gone - now worthless on hardwood floors

Our neighbor had this vacuum and for a cordless in its price range we couldn't be happier with the product!
