It does the job and lasts plenty of time on eco mode, no as long otherwise but I'm not complaining. I like the light feature as well. The battery could be placed lower on the stick and that would balance it out better. Hoover's customer service is also excellent. The device comes with a 3 year manufacturer's warranty!

Unit is top heavy so be careful to secure it when not using the wall mount they provide. The vacuum strength on the carpet is solid. Battery life per charge is a disaster.

Now I know why they call it the “Hoover One “ cordless. Because that’s how many times I used it before it broke, ONCE!!! Very disappointed with this product and the return policy. I bought the extended warranty and all I want is a new battery but they tell me I have to return it to the store. I used curbside pick up to limit my exposure to the virus and don’t want to chance going out again. I’m a retired senior and have a hard time getting to the store. Why can’t they send me another battery????? They don’t care!!!
