Ordered another battery on line and it worked for 5 minutes. Thank goodness i can return the new battery but the vacuum will have to be tossed out. I liked it while it worked. Also went on line (Youtube) to hear that it is common for the battery to quit working. Paying $80-100 for another battery that will also die makes no sense.

Bearings overheat !!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have purchased 5 or 6 of these and ALL of them have had a problem with the carpet brush BEARING overheating and MELTING the PLASTIC housing causing the brush belt to jump the gear and there is NO way to repair the lower end!!!
