Great product, easy to assemble, love how the dirt goes into its own compartment. attachments also do a great job

my husb and cleaned the carpets in our family room, sun room and our bedroom ,they all came out looking very good.

I needed to replace my 20 year old shampooer and this is a lightweight, easy to use machine that works equally well on my carpets as well as my hard wood floors.

Love this vacuum. Replaced a Hoover that was beginning to fall apart. More attachments than I knew were available, and my floors are cleaner than they have ever been. We have hardwoods downstairs and carpet up. Super easy to clean stairs with the way it comes apart. Cord is perfect length as well

I had great difficulty moving the knob that locks the handle to this product and am not sure if eventual success resulted in some damage to that mechanism, given its current loose nature (but the handle doesn't come off anymore). I've not been able to remove the bottom canister in which the dirty water deposits during the operation of this product. Very little dirty water was deposited in that bottom canister during my use of this product, and I'm not sure how much (not much) of the cleaning solution filters from the canister onto the carpet. I reread the instructions manual to be sure that I am operating this product as directed. In other words, I would not have purchased this brand if I had known that I would have had these problems prior to my purchase.

Worked great on furniture and heavy traffic areas. Is very easy to use. Even my 4 year old figured it out.

It is a great thing to have on hand. It seemed to work well, the one time I have used it. Maybe, I lack the patience, but it did not really get rid of cat odor in the carpet. It would be good to have for a once a month cleaning or every other week (if you have indoor pets).

Right out of the box it cleaned both our kitchen floor and carpets really well and quickly!

I love this cleaner! I has not 1 but 2 brushes going while you're cleaning, so it cleans the carpet better.

Got this for my parents, which they loved because it was easy to maneuver. Cleans better than expected, but not like the pros do.

I own a commercial office with multiple rooms which I shampoo every week. I have had two other Hoover machines and one other Bissell machine and this is by far the best carpet cleaner I've owned. I clean approx. 2400 square feet a week and it's great. The only slight suggestion would be to have a larger water supply and disposal tanks.

I would recommend this product as best power carpet washer.

This does a fantastic job on carpet with 2 dogs. Easy for spot cleaning, too.

I used the washer to clean my carpet and it did a better job than a Pro cleaner service.
