||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When the unit is not powered on it would leak, (my friend who had the same one had the same problem) this is ok for working on tile, but difficult with carpet. Suction and rotation is great, the squeegee on the tip was awesome. Mine broke after 16 months. I didn't get the warranty (I never do). I am not hard on my appliances and I cleaned it properly after each use. It wasn't the product for me.

Dont try to expect it to be like the more expensive rug cleaner used by those companies. This is a home use and saved you a lot of money. Just make sure to empty out the water when it becomes dirty. I noticed others who demonstrated kept using the dirty water in the vac.

Glad I went the latter route as it is easy to use and has made a dramatic difference in the carpet. Only used on the main room so far will try attachments later
