If you are experiencing a loss of suction, please give this a try: The front nozzle can be removed and cleaned in case of an obstruction. Once cleaned, please ensure it is snapped in place properly or suction loss may occur. There is a filter in the dirty water tank bucket that should also be checked after every use of the cleaner.
