I bought it at another store the night before only to find that the package had been opened and the product was used, so i returned it back to that store and purchased it from Best Buy and saved 50.00 as well as got a brand new product.

Posted .Hi Tiff! If you are experiencing a loss of suction, we recommend cleaning out the filter in the dirty water tank, which is located at the top of the clear bucket. The nozzle can also be removed and cleaned out of any debris. Hope this helps! -Michael, Hoover Customer Care

Thsi works good but would have issues. I returned it for the last time when the baffle float inside came apart so it would over fill chamber and leak out. They keep redesigning it so at some point might be on point or maybe I was using it to much. I have 4 kids, 2 dogs, and a cat so I definitely used it or over use it but that's why I bought it.
