When these little demons escaped at night I would wake up to a mess, this worked perfect. I wish it held more water for cleaning, other than that no complaints.

Even after vacuuming with a dyson this pulls out so much debris. I do wish the head of the vacuum was a little heavier to push into the carpet to suck out nor water.

Have used it twice and it continuously trips the circuit breaker. Have tried every wall socket in the house and outside too. Runs for about three minutes then trips the breaker. Called an electrician in and the house wiring is fine. Problem is with the unit. No luck with Hoover getting a replacement or even a decent conversation. Poor product, worthless warranty.

It's a decent carpet cleaner

Have good sucking power and a dirty water compartment that lets you see what your actually pulling.out of the carpet! The hot water definitly helps the cleaning process.

Unit works great but emptying is frustrating
