On the first use, my husband notice that the seal on the bottom tank was off. This caused the water to come out of the tank. So we made it through the first room, only to get to the second room and then one of the brushes snapped off. The only up side to this purchase was that I purchased the extra warranty with best buy so I was able to return it and get another brand!

But took a chance on something different like this Hoover and what a mistake. This thing only picks up a third of the water it puts down. The suction on it is weak compared to the bissel. It was way to fill and empty but when it doesn't do what you need it to do it's worthless.

If you are experiencing low suction, please try this: The front nozzle can be removed to clear out any obstructions. There is a filter in the dirt tank bucket that should be cleared after every use. When replacing the dirty water tank back onto the unit, ensure that tank snaps into place. This should get it working like new. Posted .Hi Tony! Your Power Path Pro may release the water left over in the valves that isn't pushed out through the trigger. To prevent this, we suggest emptying the tanks after use and then pumping the trigger to release any left over water. If you're still having issues, we recommend bringing the cleaner, along with a copy of your receipt, in to your nearest Hoover repair center.
