The previous owner left us plenty of pet stains on the carpet. This machine did wonders getting the old stains out. Dont know how long they were there but I do know they are gone. Great machine.

LOVE that you can have a RINSE option by just turning a knob. Great functioning, not too bulky, Hoover carpet cleaner.

The tools that comes with it is not attached to the unit, it has a bag that all the different tools fit I’m unlike the other carpet shampoo that are attached and falls off while you shampoo. It does a great job.

Last one lasted almost 18 years. Had a few leaks because the plastic feels a little cheap and I was afraid to put too much force into it when locking/closing.

It's easy to use and so easy to clean the machine and all its parts afterwards. It has already paid for itself many times over compared to hiring a carpet cleaner as I was doing before.
