My carpet had some old pet stains, old food stains and some mysterious stains as well as general dirt. It had not been cleaned in 4 years. I used my new cleaner on it and ALL of the stains came out! I'm extremely impressed and happy with this cleaner!

It feels cheap but is quite rugged and does the job. Not a bad replacement so far. Time will tell how it holds in the long run.

HAD TO REFILL MORE THAN THE DIRTY TANK HOLDS.. OTHER THAN THAT I'M GLAD I RESEARCHED THIS MODEL AND WAITED TILL IT WAS AVAILABEL TO PURCHASE...

Never again!!! It was awful didn’t suck anything back up!!! I am so excited to have a Hoover again!!!!!

My only wish is that they could all be in one machine! If the vacuum was as strong as the WindTunnel and the carpet scrubber had a squeegee they could all be in one and that would be even better.

It does a good job, got a lot of gross up from my apartment carpet. I love how easy it is to clean as well.

Its a good idea to use a regular vacuum first if you have a lot of pet hair to remove but otherwise the deep cleaner seems to work well.
