I have used several cleaners over the years but this one is hands down the best. Great pickup power. The waste water comes apart for easier cleaning. Highly recommend.

I would recommend this to anyone that asks and let them know what it can do.

My wife and I bought this for our new home with a fully finished basement the carpets have never been cleaned the machine did a great job. The only problem is that the cleanining solution chamber is small and the solution is expensive.

The first Hoover Carpet Cleaner I purchased did not have the rinse cycle. The one I just purchased does have the rinse cycle and it makes a big difference. The carpet does feel crunchy.

I was looking for a new carpet cleaner because the one I had stopped working. I also wanted to go with a different brand and I found this one and Best buy gave me a great deal on it, and I just love it.

After using this machine I can only give it 5 star love it read the instructions couple times before use and buy your warantyyy you won’t regret it byyyee

Very easy to clean stains. Has a harder time extracting urine frome the carpet. It needs many sessions, but can get all or most out.

There is a lot to this shampooer that I haven't figured out yet. I tried it using it just "intuitively," but nothing came out. I'll have to find the manual!

This carpet cleaner does a fantastic good job. We just moved into our house and after getting settled in we bought this cleaner. The cleaning solution does a great job and leaves everything smelling nice and clean.

I have owned Hoover products before and this is a great purchase. It cleans carpet and upholstery beautifully. I would recommend this product.

got 2 dogs that at times are left alone a long time and hey accidents happen. but you'd never know after using this. love it.

I gave it 3 stars because this is my 5th one. It’s the best on the market as far as cleaning power, however I’ve had to replace it almost yearly.

Overall, it is a nice product. Have to pass it again and again to obtain the cleanliness and dryness that you want to achieve.

This cleaner works very well. It's a bit heavy, but it's easy to move around. I liked that my carpet dried fairly quickly with the heated air. The separate chambers for the cleaning solution and water are a plus. I love the rinse option.

I have purchased several Hoover carpet cleaners and was very skeptical about purchasing another one. Decided because of the price to give it one more try, go glad I did!

Great for use at home. Easier to use than the cleaners you rent. Water tanks are not large like commercial cleaners so you will need to refill more often though when cleaning a large room.

I was amazed by how much dirt it removes from my rug works wonderfully and with the attachments it becomes versatile for other duties around the house great product

I am still getting the hang of how much spray to use to be sufficient but not soak the floor too much. It's a little bit of a workout on your back as it's not self-propelled.

just got it so im still trying to it out I want to see what it does after a few months or even years the last one I had was very heavy and left water all over the carpets after a few uses
