I had to return the original cleaner because the on / off switch wouldn't work. However, I had no trouble in exchanging it and the second one works fine.

Solid machine but the soap that comes with it is very small. I have seen Fireball shots bigger than the bottle they provide.

Pretty good overall but needs a few passes to really clean the carpet and takes a few refills to finish a large bedroom. Satisfied with the product but could use some improvements.

We have 2 dogs. I didn't think this was powerful enough to handle the job but I was wrong. Also like the plastic tank as it will not break or Crack which I consider an improvement over other units

I would recommend this carpet cleaner to anyone. I've owned four of them and they last for a long time. The only Improvement that I would have is if the hot water was able to stay hotter for longer.

Very happy with vacuum's suction which really cleans and freshens carpet. Heavy to push but the results are worth a little extra effort! Great Black Friday price too! :)

The Bissell cleaner, that I have had for many years, doesn't come close to the ease of use and the quality of my new Hoover Carpet Cleaner. I highly recommend the Hoover Carpet Cleaner.

My old one broke after 7 years. After researching and not able to make up my mind I decided to stick with what I had years of quality.

Be ready for that 'ugh/OMG" feeling seeing all the 'gunk' this carpet cleaner pulls out. A must for pet owners. Easy to operate and clean.

Having 3 dogs in the house and sometimes the oldest has an accident as well as my kids this has turned out to be a wonderful product and you can never tell there was a stain once it's cleaned up

while it seems to do a solid job in cleaning the carpet I have already had to exchange it once for a broken handle and the second just cracked in the same spot will changing to a different one that's put together differently

I had they older model of this cleaner for ten years. I finally had to buy another it stopped working. Best purchase ever.

Easy to use the only problem was the float kept getting so stuck. So you have to keep turning it off to let it reset.

Very easy to assemble and operate. I'll give a better review when I find a good cleaning solution. Otherwise I'm satisfied and would recommend

I bought this cleaner to clean the small carpets in my home. It did the job and i would purchase again.

It has accessories that work great for cleaning the car seats or the couch

This machine is great for the small amount of square footage I have to do frequently. It removed the muddy pawprints, beverage spills, and general dirt well. Disliked the small water storage and having to refill so often.

Good product but i think this seems old model and should have brought a newer one ..but overall does the job..

I haven't use it yet so hopefully I am able to edit this review just in case. Lol otherwise it was easy to assemble.

I had an older carpet cleaner that was not effective as I would have liked. So after careful study and comparing others... I finally found this on and it is just what I needed.
