With so many other models to choose from, I'm happy with this purchase. It was also less expensive than others, but very effective. Just keep in mind that it does take time. But the results are well worth it.

I bought & used my Hoover deep cleaner on spots I had on my carpets. I am impressed because one was a large coffee stain & it came out.

This vacuum deeply cleans with its rotating brush and 2 separate tanks for clean and dirty water, allowing you to see how it cleans your carpet.

Love the face it has a separate tank for water and cleaner so you can rinse without shampoo - also leaves the carpet almost dry. Great machine.

This is an incredibly powerful machine. I couldn't believe the mud that was being sucked up. I swear it was coming from under the foundation.

This is good for small stains. I don’t really recommend for tougher jobs. Maybe renting one from Home Depot is better for much tougher stains.

The brushes stopped working after 4 months and maybe 6 times being used. Disappointed.

This shampooer is sturdy and does a great job cleaning rugs. I love all the handles for easy carrying!!!

Does what it's designed for and does it very well. Excellent product, so far.

I bought this previously before. You can control the temperture by adding water yourself. It should last for a while I bought it to clean my vehicles upholstery.

Love the carpet cleaner. Shopped the internet first and did not find a better price anywhere. Best Buy sales people are, as always, knowledgeable and helpful.

We bought this in late 2015 and only used it once last week (2018). The machine just stopped working, no power on. We followed all instructions for use and there was no heat build up, it just suddenly stopped and could not go back on. It was slightly out of warranty and both Hoover and Best Buy refused to help us with a warranty repair, discount off new model, etc. Very disappointing and I will never buy Hoover again. I've had better experience with Bissell. I lost $150 and won't forget it.

very heavy, not deep clean, stays on liquid cleaner, not sure how many times rinse need it

I got this due to issues with my now "senior" dog, and it has really helped make the carpet look almost new again.

I really like that this machine had several accessories that were included and like how the tanks are easily accessible. I do wish however, that the machine had a wider path so that shampooing the carpets didn't take what feels like forever to do. With that being said, the carpet shampooer works well at getting the job done.

Picked this up on sale and I'm very happy with it. The accessories do a great job at cleaning furniture.

It is so nice to whip this cleaner out when we have an accident. What a difference it makes to have a carpet cleaner at your convenience this one is awesome
