This is my first carpet cleaner so I read several reviews before purchasing. They were all mostly good reviews so I took the dive. So far I'm very pleased with my purchase.

We have been wanting to get one for a while and we took the plunge and did it and we do not regret it!

Very good over all. The only problem is the handle. As I used the unit the handle would flex. Not sure it would be a good unit to use on a frequent bases. Good to use as a home unit.

The cleaning process takes some practice to efficiently clean the floor. When you first start you will overdue the soaping and rinsing. After a few tries you will realize you need about half as much spraying as you did originally. Just using the rinse mode on tile floors is adequate unless you're a stickler for cleanliness, then one swipe with the soap is sufficient. It is louder than my older model, which is not good.

It scrubs! Much better than some of the other models I’ve used. Definitely helps around the house when the dog makes a mess!

The cord gets in the way while doing a large area so you run over it often & have to stop and go. Changing between the tools proved to be cumbersome. It didn't fully clean the carpet and left a residue after. Surprisingly disappointing as it was a recommendation by a friend.

My son and his wife are very happy with the carpet cleaner. We were happy with the $100 off during black friday

Overall, very good unit. However, if it has any shortfall it is the size of the reservoir for the cleaning solution. It could be a bit larger in volume. It has to be refilled too often.

We needed a stream cleaner with a rotating brush. Saw this one on sale for Black Friday. Works great! Really deeps cleans our beige carpeting.

Cleans great and the price was very good. Powerful cleaner for cleaning my carpets. I will buy another hover when I need one. Easy to handle, clean, and store.

Easy to assemble and easy to use. Great little machine for small to medium jobs. Great suction that really pulls the sand from the carpet.

i used it to clean my car and get rid of a stench and it worked so well.

My first use of the the carpet cleaner was "GREAT". I can't wait to use it again. Soooooo very excited.

I have not used it but the reviews are good, plan to use it soon , but I have faith to believe it is the best out there!

I had one in 2004 decided in 2013 to buy a more expensive brand bad choice. This is the best rug cleaner by far and cant beat the price.

this vacuum surprised me.. gets the job done and worth the money! if you want something effective get this!

Bought this as I was tired of paying to get my carpets cleaned. So far it's done a good job. Even was able to get rid of some set in stains.

I had a previous carpet shampooer same brand that lasted almost 20 years so I went looking for the same brand again and so far I am pleased

Works so well but could possibly be a little more harsh.

We love hovers and will keep purchasing them in future
