Works well. A little heavy to push, but hopefully will seem lighter the more I use it. Don't like having to add liquid to 2 sperate compartments. Again, something I should get used to with more usage. These are just different features from the carpet cleaner I just replaced.

Suction could be a little stronger, options to use wet or dry is good

Wow, that's the appliance I have been waiting for so long.

My only complaint is that there is no ability to heat the water.

It sucks all the water so the carpet isn't soaking wet. Like the clean water to rinse the soap out of the carpet.

I've owned this unit for a little over a year and use it sporadically for cleaning the carpet. Recently, I started noticing puddles forming on the floor after each usage. Nothing horrible, but enough to warrant needing to wipe down the floor. Fast forward to the last time I used the unit. I filled the tank with water and Hoover cleaning solution and placed it on the unit. No sooner did I turn my back to answer the doorbell, the entire tank drained on my floor and completely saturated everything. Thinking it was an error on my part, I filled it again with just water and the same thing happened. Now the product is completely unusable. As soon as the tank is placed on the unit, it immediately empties all over the floor. Waste of money.

Great cleaning and price! The cleaner goes fast for a small area so be prepared to buy alot of cleaner

Bought this shampooer after reading other reviews. Very lightweight and good for simple cleaning.

I brought this shampoo to clean up my pet accidents when i used it you could still smell the urine in the carpet and from the shampooer its self. I even tired buying Hoover cleaner solutions and 1 of their products got the smell out but the shampooer started make a long noise i return it,

Great machine. Lighter than Others to use. Bought because My other was to heavy to use. Great Price also.

This a really good machine for the money. It would be better if it held more water though.

Shampoo my carpet every 2 weeks and this seems to do the job just fine.

Small and powerful. Easy to fill and empty. Does a great job on our shorter fiber rugs. Great on pet stains too.

Was disappointed that some of the product s where not in stock but we went online and then went to the store and bam they took care of my wife.

It ok, light weight, and easy to use. But wish the suction and bush auction was better.
