    Cleans good but, the top tank does not stay in place, so I need to use a Velcro strap to hold in place otherwise it stops dispensing water and cleaner.

    My old and loved hoover conked out after several years so replaced it. It's not terrible but not as good as the older model. Need to empty much more often. Doesn't seem right but that's how the new model is.

    I bought this product a 2 months back, it does a decent job of cleaning, I was really expecting a better cleaning on stains. If I have another chance I would not buy this product.

      Hi Kranthi! To get rid of those stains, we recommend to pre-treat your carpet then use the Power Scrub Deluxe. You can pre-treat your carpet with our Deep Cleansing Spot and Stain Remover which can be purchased on our website using part #AH30085. Once pre-treated, watch the SpinScrub work it's magic and make those stains disappear!
