Small scratches, attachments were not in the spots dedicated for them in styrofoam packing, missing one attachment. Not what I expected from a large retailer like Best Buy. Was told will have to call Hoover for issues. :(.

Leaks cleaning solution

Upon the second use of this product, it began leaking cleaning solution all over the floor so the floor gets absolutely soaked. Frankly, this unit is only meant to remove so much water, not massive puddles of it. The cleaning solution is really expensive. I've owned this product for six months and I'm already on my third bottle of cleaning solution because it's wasting an entire $20 bottle with each use.

Great machine - easy to use

It is very easy to use (was up and running in 5-10 minutes after opening the box). The carpets look great after cleaning and even cleaned some problem areas we had been struggling with with our old carpet scrubber. The machine is light and easy to clean/store. The only downside so far is that the tanks are not extremely large, so it is necessary to empty the dirty water tank and fill the clean water tank frequently (average size bedroom took 4 refills/empties). This is a trade-off for having a lighter machine and not really a big deal, but might be something to consider if you have very large areas which need to be cleaned (may want to look at a machine with larger tanks). Overall, very happy with this purchase!

Not really good for what I paid.
