I maybe used it like 10 times.its heating function never worked. And like a month ago it got broke down. It makes vacuuming sound more than it usual and it does not vacuum at all.

Brushes stopped spinning only after 4-5 times of use. Still in warranty hopefully will be replaced from Hoover.

As I was shopping, I searched "hard floor" machines. This machine scuffs my floors as the plastic hardware is so low to the floor. It also doesn't suck up debri. It actually blows it away.

My wife used it once and it worked good. The second time it wouldn't suck up the water very well because it was losing pressure from the attachment hook up.

Hoover used to have good quality products and a good warranty. This is the 2nd Hoover product purchased this year and both have not preformed to expectations.

Purchased from Best Buy one month ago. I performed research before choosing this model. The Power Scrub is remarkably well-designed. The separate solution and dirty water tanks can be removed and reinserted in seconds, which makes make the entire process remarkably simple. Machine feels well-made, though relatively lightweight. (I wouldn't want a heavier carpet cleaner). I can remove the Power Scrub from a closet and be cleaning carpets within a couple of minutes. Cleans well. No hassles - It just 'works'. Clean up is a snap.

This machine has an issue . No rinse . Did not suck the water

This is my third rug scrubber and I think I finally found one I love. The only complaint I have is I wish the tank was bigger, however it works very well and cleans my carpets better than the other two models I've tried

Light weight , easy set up ,cleans deep removes almost all the water normally left behind , easy change out and quick and easy clean up.

Bought this two weeks back and have used several times. It does a great job and very easy to use. I am amazed at how much this machine picks up at each pass. Trying to extend lifetime of carpets in house I just bought and this is worth every penny.

It’s making a weird sound and will be returning it. I hope it’s just a defective one.

Today we discovered that our ancient Bissell has not had the brush rotating in the 5 years we have owned it; it's a miracle it was cleaning at all. We decided it was time to replace it. A quick look at Bestbuy.com showed that this Hoover was the favorite, and I can see why. I just spent the past hour shampooing a small 70 sq ft area and it kept producing brown water in the tank. I had no idea our previous carpet cleaner had left so much behind. I never did get the waste water to come up clear, but our carpet looks the best it has since we had the carpet installed four years ago. This cleaner cleans like crazy. I have only had the unit for a few hours but it is so good, I had to comment. The Good: * Cleans like I have never seen * Seems to like a little Oxiclean in the clean water tank (which I prefer to shampoo) * Light and easy to navigate * Nothing dangling off the side (hoses, attachments) allows for cleaning down the edge of walls without scoring the drywall * Cleans like crazy The Not So Good: * No indicator for when the clean water tank runs out, or the soap runs out or the dirty water is full and it has disabled the suction * Sails through water -- I was filling and emptying tanks every few minutes Did I mention that this thing cleans like crazy?

I bought my Hoover power scrubb and got it home and it was amazing how easy it was to put together and use right away..Picks up the dirt really nice and the separate compartments for the wash and water makes it great to work with. I recommend to anyone who loves easy and do it now items.

Missing handle bolts at installation unit not operational.

My mom has been complaining about her carpets being dirty and she is tired of paying for someone else to come into her house to clean them. Her apartments use to pay for carpets to be cleaned when your lease is renewed, but they no longer do that so she had been talking about buying a carpet cleaner for herself. I decided to buy one for her since she has been talking about it and still had not bought one. This product had great reviews and was being sold a great price so now my mom has her own carpet cleaner that can used when she wants and for what areas she wants and of course I am the one cleaning her carpets since I am such a wonderful daughter. =)

Works good for must part. Price is okay considering its cheaper than alot of other carpet cleaners. Only problem I have is that the tanks for solution, dirty & clean water are small which causes you to have to change out alot. About 7-10 stokes on carpet will have you changing either dirty or clean water (always at different times). I found it best change both when 1 caused you stop. I do like the fact it lets you know when your full of dirty water and wish it did the same for clean water.

Its simple to set up and works really well. I plan to use this washer every month. It takes away so much dirt off of the carpet which is not possible to clean with a dry vacuum.

For the price I am not sure you could ask for much better. Easy to use and works well. Does take a couple passes but not an issue for me for a product in this price range.

Got this on a sale I couldn't pass up. I have 3 boys and a husband that works on a dirty freight dock. Lots of nasty dirty grime on our carpets, plus lots of juice spills. This carpet cleaner was very easy to setup. Only 2 screws for the handle. Comes with a small bottle of cleaner. Enough to clean half of my small living room. So make sure to purchase a big jug to get started. Very easy to setup. Just fill with hot tap water in one hole. Cleaning solution in the other. Everything is clearly labeled and fool proof. This cleaner picked up so my grossness, I am a very happy mom. Now my kids can play on the carpet and I can feel better knowing it's clean. I had to refill the water tank about 6 times for my small living room. Refilled the solution only twice. I emptied the dirty water 4 times. But it was very simple to do, not a big hassle at all. The cord is just right for my small apartment. Everything was simple to take apart and clean. Even the brush part. Only thing I wish it came with is a little tool to pick the lint out of the brush bristles. But used a toothpick and bobby pins so it just took a little effort. I'm very happy with this cleaner. It was so satisfying seeing the dirty water pour down the drain. You need to invest in this.
