Terrible cleaner

The first couple of times the handle cracked behind the water tank. The following three times the water and cleaner completely leaked out on the floor causing all the water to puddle on the floor. Looking for a different brand to exchange it for. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The brushes stopped spinning on the first one I bought after 3 weeks, I returned it for a exchange for a new one. The brushes stopped spinning on that one after a few months. The bearing in the machine that spin the brushes keep rusting, I have to take the machine apart, clean and oil the bearings every time I want to use it. This is a defect that Hoover won't stand behind. Now after a year the plastic on the handle is creaking. I will never buy another Hoover product.

I’m taking away a star because you have to pass over an area more than once sometimes, even if it’s not super soiled. The soap sprayer probably doesn’t release enough solution or the bristles that do the actual “washing” aren’t long enough.
