The cleaner itself gets the job done and it very affordable. Very easy to use and put together right out of the box. Make sure you clean thoroughly after each cleaning so the dirt does not build up in the container. The only 2 cons are the cord is too short and the water gets used very quickly.

Despite all of the good reviews I was hesitant in purchasing this cleaner. When I saw it on sale for Black Friday that sealed the deal. Brought this baby home, started it up and began cleaning and I didn't want to stop. It picked up the dirt very well in every room of my home. Works with difference cleaners. It also left minimal water so it dried up easily. I would definitely recommend this to any first timer who is looking to clean their carpet really good.

We have selected high traffic areas and all beige carpeting. It is a nightmare to keep clean. I was very pleased with this carpet cleaner, it is lighter and far easier to moving around than our old one. The two tank design makes it much faster to complete the job as well.

I researched between a cleaner like this one or one closer to the Rug Doctor "commercial" kind you can rent. While the "commercial" one really appealed to me, in the end I just couldn't justify spending the money on one, no more than I use it. I have 2 dogs who were constantly muddying up the carpet. This cleaner did the trick. It is very easy to use and clean. I have had no regrets buying this.

Easy to assemble. Dual tank system makes entire cleaning process more efficient. Puts down much more solution/water than my previous 10 yr old Bissell Pro Heat. Note that this machine does not heat the water, but in my experience filling the supply tank with hot water is crucial for any machine.

This thing is wonderful!! It really works well! I will not buy a different brand as this is the best. Have had 3 bissells before which do not work nearly as well

I was a little disappointed after reading all of the other reviews of this cleaner. There wasn't a noticeable difference in the carpet after the first cleaning. I started seeing a noticeable difference after the second and third passes. This is probably a product I will grow to love over time.

I bought this product to obviously be able to clean my carpets! It works, and it works well. I use the hoover solution in the solution part of the container, and in the water part of the container, I put about 2-3 cups of white vinegar, and then fill it with the hottest water I can get out of the tap. I presoak any stains with white vinegar undiluted from a spray bottle. It has taken out urine from pets, cool aid that was spilled from the kids, and many other stains that I thought the carpet was ruined from. Take your time and move theaching SLOWLY, let the machine scrub as it is supposed to. If you use this product 3 times, it pays for itself versus renting a floor scrubber. And, you have the added benefit of having it available at the exact moment you need it instead of having to wait. For the price, I would also recommend the 4 year extended warranty. Had to use it to replace my first unit after about 1 year. I don't normally buy extended warranties, but for the price of this one, it was worth it

Easy to use. Not too heavy. Cord is a little short, but manageable. Easy to clean as well!

I wanted a carpet cleaner and bought this at a great price. I've only used it once and it worked great. So far the only thing I don't like about it is the water runs out quickly. I cleaned the carpet in my 9x10 spare bedroom and I ran out of water 3/4 of the way through. It cleaned the carpet very well though, so I'm not too upset about it. I'm not sure how fast the cleaner runs out yet because I was using the small bottle they give you in the box with purchase (It was enough for the bedroom and a short hallway).

This thing is fantastic! The carpet in my condo is old “white” shag carpeting. It grosses me out. I got this and it deep cleaned the carpets SO WELL! The carpets felt fresh, clean, and possibly sanitized. Also they looked white again!

Cleaner is easy to use, does not leak and does an excellent job cleaning my carpets. It is light weight and easy to take apart for cleaning.

I'm really impressed with the results. My carpets literally look new! II have a cat and a dog and the carpet is cream colored. All stains are gone with no pre-treating. It's very easy to use. You have to dump and refill the water often but that's expected for a cleaner of this size. I used a Bissell carpet cleaner a few months ago and the results to par to disappointing. The power scrub brushes on this Hoover really make all the difference in the world. Highly recommended!

I bought this Hoover to clean my horrible dirty carpet... My dog at the time was a baby and still potty training and I have children that like to play outside and track mud in the house. It cleans so good and my rug looks like it was professionally cleaned. The only downside is that the container that holds the water could be a little bigger, I felt like I was emptying it every 5 minutes.... but overall, I love it!

Its ok. Got it for $129 on sale. Only ised once within first 5 days of receiving. Bushes need to be longer to scrub rug and floor. Easy to use. Carpets were jist dusty, so may see big results on a dirty carpet. I had an old model with same build years ago. Thos mew model is mich lighter in weight. Have mot ised attachments yet. Drying time was fast.

Cleans real good easy to handle the hose works well also ! Would recommend it to anyone but you can't use mine. Lol worth every penny. Was lookin for a cleaner that my kids can even use !

Our carpet has been peed and pooped on many times. But you can’t tell, thanks to this carpet cleaner. It’s super easy to use, too. This carpet cleaner has been a god send!

This carpet cleaner did way kore than expected. Don't let the small size fool you. This cleaner removed an oil stain and play doh from my carpets on the first try. Glad I made this purchase.

Bought this as an upgrade to my old brush-less carpet cleaner that still worked. Well the brushes are defiantly help get the carpet cleaner. Unfortunately I swear the tanks are smaller than my older one. Haven't used the attachments and don't know when I will so cant vouch for them.
