This is our first carpet cleaner. Having two dogs and a cat, thought this might help saving on calling the professionals. The vacuum has worked well in the first month and would recommend this to other pet owners.

Good size for those smaller areas you need to clean and get in tight spots. It has good suction to remove lots of the water and cleaner. Let's carpet dry fast.

Separate clean water, cleanser and dirty water tanks are a great feature. Does a superb job of cleaning and the strong vacuum system allows the carpet to drive faster than my old unit. Strongly recommended.

I first purchased a Bissell carpet cleaner and spent 2 hours to try to get it to work properly, even talking to customer service. Needless to say, I returned the product and instead bought the Hoover. This one was actually cheaper and worked perfectly w/o issue. My little dog has mishaps now and then and the Hoover does a great job and it's so simple to use.

I can’t believe we didn’t get one of these sooner. We have dogs and have been renting one from the supermarket for years. This one is fairly light and maneuverable and does a great job cleaning rugs and carpets. Be careful to vacuum well first, especially if you have cats or dogs. The valve clogs easily if you don’t.

This machine is easy to take the tanks off and fill, and switching from wash to rinse is as easy as turning a dial. One of my favorite parts is that it's also super easy to take apart and clean. The only thing I wish it had was a slightly longer cord for our bigger rooms. I am really glad we made this purchase.

I recently had a steam cleaner break down and needed a replacement. I found this one on sale and it has worked very well as well as the attachments. Very pleased with the results.

Does a great job cleaning my carpet and it does not take long to dry. I've had other carpet cleaners but this is the best one I've owned.

This is my first full size carpet cleaner, I also own a Rug Doctor Portable Spot Cleaner but wasn't happy with its performance. I have two dogs, one of which hasn't mastered potty training quite yet. This got all the stains: dog puke that was almost a month old, cherry soda also dried in, and everything the rug doctor machine didn't get. I do agree the water tank is a little too small, took two fills to do one room, but other than that it's great.

The Hoover Power Scrub Deluxe Carpet Upright Deep Cleaner is amazing! I bought the cleaner because my puppy had some accidents on my carpet. The cleaner was very easy to assemble and use. I couldn't believe how great the carpet looked after cleaning! No need for professional carpet cleaning---I've got the perfect machine. I highly recommend this cleaner!!

Great for family with little kids. Easy clean up with no hassle. Easy to clean small rugs and small area carpets. Very easy maintenance and easy to carry.

This carpet cleaner is easy to use. Have cleaned carpets and upholstered furniture so far and very pleased. Did buy the anti-allergen cleaner because the scent too strong for our noses in the regular cleaners.

Does a good job. Easy to use. So far very happy with this purchase. Easy th navigate around room. Has a long cord to be able to go father without re plugging. I think it was a good value for the price.

A nice combination of weight, function and cost. Others may due a better job but the costs and bulkiness don't make sense unless you need a heavy duty machine on a daily basis.

Works great at cleaning carpet and furniture. I really like that you can easily switch to clean water to rinse after shampooing. My only gripe is that the tanks are kind of small so you have to refill often.
