Attachments are easy to assemble. It's lightweight, yet has a lot of cleaning power.

I purchased this item so I don't have to pay for carpet cleanings or renting a machine. Saves money and does a great job.

This is a quality cleaner at a great price. I have used it now at least 20 times in 3 months. It lifts stains right out of the carpet with ease. It also has enough attachments to complete any job!

I have always had a Hoover but decided to try a different brand (it starts with a B). What a mistake that was I hated it so that is why I went back to Hoover. It cleans better, easier to use and the used water is not near the fresh water.

I am happy with the carpet cleaner. I would've liked a little larger bucket on the bottom where the dirty water goes. It seems like it fills up very fast and then having to dump it out a lot!

I bought this to clean up pet stains and it worked great and left a clean smell afterward ..would recommend

this hoover carpet shampooer is great, it really gets the dirt out and does not leave the carpet real wet, it works great on furniture also, best one i have ever owned

Did a great job on the carpet and was cleaner than when we had a professional steam cleaner do the job!! The wand was a little underpowered when I was in the corners the scrubber didn't want to rotate very well. It still cleaned well in any case. Main thing is that the water tanks are a bit too small, you have to empty and refill every few minutes.

I have always used Bissle cleaners for my carpets. This Hoover was very effective at cleaning the carpets with my pets, however when it came to spots it didnt do a good job as some other cleaners. If you pretreat the spots before hand you should be ok. The cleanup of the unit was super easy and very quick.

This is a great unit. The price is great for the quality that you get it will make dirty carpets look clean again. If your on the fence buy this one I'm glad I did

I have always owned a Hoover carpet cleaner. I clean my carpets every 3 - 4 weeks. I have 2 dogs and grandchildren and the thought of them on the dirty carpet is unacceptable. This cleaner is awesome. The first time I used it I was amazed at the results. The attachments also work great. I've used it in the car, my mattress, and furniture.

I've only used this one time. It did a fabulous job cleaning a heavily stained traffic area. Very lightweight and easy to operate. Love the separate tanks for water and cleaning fluid. I just wish the water tank's capacity was larger. I would recommend this product.

This is my second hoover carpet cleaner and I absolutely love it! Love the new features like the automatic detergent / water mix. Very good suction to remove excess water

Pros - Easy to assemble, easy to take apart to clean, not too heavy, a lot of dirty water fills the tank. Cons - I was cleaning area rugs. Water ended up on my wooden floors around the outside of the rugs so I had to clean that up with a rag. Other than that, it was great. And compared to the one I Purchased first and had to return, this one is wonderful!

good buy, easy to use, easy to CLEAN! Had a Bissell-garbage! Couldn't clean it, so when it molded inside the head had to toss it. Trust me, this is your "best buy"!

This vacuum gets the stains out of my carpet. It does take a few passes to completely remove them, but it does the job. Drying takes a while but it leaves my carpet smelling clean.

Love this machine. After two uses, my old carpet looks almost new. Husband says that we don't need to buy new carpet.
