Cleans well, one can tell the difference, easy to use.

Took a bit of time to get the hang of proper rhythm. Too fast and return dirty water sloshed into intake, reducing suction. Once I got the hang of it, it worked well.

I used this and my wife used it right out of the box. Carpets are left clean and it helps you realize the false sense of cleanliness with carpet. Definitely going to clean carpets once a quarter.

We have 2 morkie puppies that have accidents when they get excited or left alone. This carpet cleaner does a great job of deep cleaning to get out the unsightly stains and even worked well on stains that set into the carpet after trying to clean with carpet cleaner. It was easy to assemble and easy to use. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Right out of the box I knew this was going to be exactly what we needed. We had just purchased a new home that had stains on the carpet from the previous owner. It was able to remove stains that they were unable to remove when they cleaned the home to be move in ready. We have used it several times now and it has practically paid for itself. Only reason it didn't receive 5 stars is because I felt it could've been a tad bit more sturdier. Other than that though it was an excellent purchasee.

Fantastic value! It was on sale and we had a Best Buy rewards credit. We bought a gallon of cleaning solution (their brand, not the fancy stuff) from Home Depot though because it’s cheaper than what Best Buy has. It works so well! I just shampooed with with a rental a month prior and the carpets were still so dirty.

Did a lot of research before I purchased a carpet cleaning machine. Glad I chose this one. Works great, not too expensive, and lots of features.

Got this for a steal on Deal of the Day, and it is a great little machine. I love that it has the 2 receptacles for water, one for clean and one for the dirty water, plus the detergent is also in a separate place (this is great because if you don't use all of what you poured in, you can just leave it in the tank until next time). You put in water as hot as you can get it out of the tap into the top "clean water" receptacle, so that really does help with getting the dirt out. This is automatically mixed with the hot water as you do a first pass. Then you switch the button on the front to "rinse" in order to do the second pass. You empty the dirty water from a separate container at the bottom which holds a pretty good bit but is heavy to push when full. You can really tell how much this thing cleans by how nasty the water is! I have fully cleaned two rooms with it, and have to say it is pretty powerful for the size and price point. Since you are basically vacuuming up the water from the carpet, it doesn't take but about 8 hours to dry. Wish I had had it years ago, but glad that I will be able to clean my carpets regularly from now on.

I needed a new carpet cleaner and read many reviews and decided to buy this one. It's my fourth cleaner and I like it the best of the ones I have owned. I can wash and rinse and there's a separate place for the cleaning solution. This way I can spot clean (have an old dog) with hot water every time. My last cleaner I had to mix solution and water and if I didn't use it all I wouldn't have hot water anymore to clean other spots.

I purchased this item to replace an older model of the Hoover carpet steam cleaner. I was very pleased with my older model and have also found this newer, lighter model to perform just as well and it much easier to maneuver due to the smaller and lighter design.

This carpet cleaner is very easy to use and does a great job on the carpets! The price was awesome!

I love this thing. I think to rent one of these is about 50 dollars a day. Which isn’t too bad if your only going to use it yearly and don’t have a lot of rooms. I decided to buy it and try it out. Most of my home is hardwood but a few sections and the basement is carpeted. I used it on a few rooms and the results are great.
