Worked wonderful cleaning the carpet and was extremely easy to setup and use.

Good Carpet Cleaner for the money, It really sucks. But in a good way! Its a vacuum, so it should.

Overall, I am pretty happy with the purchase. It just DOES the job, which is what I look for in carpet cleaners. The only negative things I'd say about this model (haven't used other ones) are that 1) it is pretty loud when operating, 2) it can be tricky to assemble, BUT once you know the tricks things can MUCH easier.

I like the dual system setup keeping the cleaning solution separate from water. The cleaner was able to scrub old ingrained dirt from the carpet and provided a big difference in the appearance and the rinse feature really helps to rid carpet of the dirt. It is a lot better carpet cleaner than the Bissel 2X heater system.

•Easy to assemble •Great for cleaning small areas. In a larger room you will have to replensih the clean water container and empty the dirty water container multiple times which is fine because the carpet gets cleaned :) •I would have liked to see a retractable power cord but overall it cleans well, be sure to use hot water. (this review excludes the use of attachments as I have not used them yet)

It’s a good cleaner, but the carpet be too much humid

I bought this to aid I cleaning a carpet after getting a new puppy. I really like the fact there is a switch if you want to use the soap or just plain water!

I purchased the same model years ago and it finally failed so I had to buy a new one so I just brought the newer model works great I have kids and three pets plus carpet so yes this is a much needed item in my household. Does a great job cleaning carpet after pet accidents and kid “accidents” wouldn’t change a thing

Cleaner worked great on my carpet. Wished it had a longer cord but works fine in small rooms.

I got a cat who throws up a lot, so a carpet cleaner is essential. I had a Bissell pet portable cleaner for a year + and the hose broke, which apparently is a common problem with them. I chose this upright specifically for that reason. So far it works great. The rotating heads are powerful and it cleans very well. We'll see how it holds up over time...

This get the job done. It cleaned the office carpet really well and it's light and easy to use.

I had carpet and the carpet had bits of paint and we just moved in so we had Stanley Steamer come out and clean and they couldn't even touch what this machine did it cleans better than professional and the solution they gave in the box work wonders it takes red wine out of carpet. Plus easy to clean.
