This isn't the first time that I've owned this item. Overall, I absolutely love this item. I do strongly suggest purchasing the warranty, because although the product works great, and I see a noticeable difference with this newer model, yet I keep experiencing the cleaner to stop working. I'm hopeful that this one will last longer than my previous ones.

Had one of these years ago....maybe 10 years ago and that one was pretty good. This newer model is amazing and works even better than the older version that quit working. Got this on sale for under $100 and it was a steal! Easy to set up, works awesome, fairly quiet, cleans/rinses perfect, hand attachment works great for furniture and cars. Overall A+

This shampooer is awesome. Much smaller than my previous hoover shampooer, which finally crapped out after 14 yrs. Because of that, I felt I'd stick with the brand. I love how it self mixes n also has the option to rinse, just using water alone. It's not as heavy or bulky than my older version, which is a bonus. I've only used it once but cant wait to use it again...lol.

My husband and I just moved into a new house with old, stained carpets. We thought we would have to replace the carpets but this got most of the stains right out! A big downside is that it uses a lot of water so you have to fill the water tank often, but other than that it has been a lifesaver.

Very easy to use. Exceptional job cleaning. The attachments make it easy to use in your car.

Good price and Good quality results for cleaning carpet

I love how good this machine works. I could not believe the amount of dirt it pulled out of my carpet. The only thing that is a bummer is the limited amount of water it hold. I have a small living room and had to change out the waste and add water 3 times. I was impressed with how much water it sucked up. The last time I got my carpet professionally cleaned it too 2 days for my carpet to dry. My carpet was completely dry within 3 hours with this unit. I am very happy with this purchase.

This Hoover Power Scrub does do a good job at cleaning lightly soiled carpet. If you are one of those people that neglect their carpet for a long time and wear shoes from outside and proceed to walk on the carpet with dirty shoes than this won't quite do it. Also if you have pets this also won't take care of all the stains that are associated with them. This Power Scrub is great if you maintain your carpet and keep shoes off and pets at a minimal.

Mixed feelings. Ours worked great...until it didn't. We purchased ours in July 2019 and it did a great job on general carpet cleaning and even pet accidents. Lots of suction and did well at pulling water out of the carpet which really reduced drying timing. Then today we noticed that both the wash and rinse reservoirs were dispensing without the trigger activation. After inspection and disassembly, it looks like the reservoir assembly (a simple plastic valve part) needs to be replaced. Guess what? That part is no longer available. "Obsolete", according to e-replacementparts.com. Disappointing. Ours only lasted two years and many replacement parts are not available. Consider that before you buy.

This power scrubber is lightweight and easy to use. This scrubber is perfect for high traffic areas in the house. This particular scrubber is great for pet hair and allergens.

This cleaner has great suction. I feel like it cleans pretty well but the guy at Best Buy told me that it creates steam and this was one of the reasons that I bought it. However, it does not create steam. Even though the manual says not to put water that is hot enough to burn you into the tank, I still boil water before putting it in there and it seems to work
