There are still a few spots that are not back to what they should be, but that I am sure will vanish in the next go round. Hubby came home from his business trip and was surprised to find the rug was BLUE.

It was easy! I picked it up at the nearest Best Buy and couldn't wait until i got it home to put it to use. Once I understood how the pieces fit together, where the soap and water reservoirs were, I never looked back!! I can clean my carpet whenever I need to AND save money by doing it myself!!

It's a really nice machine. Make sure you vacuume the floor before every time you use it like it says in the instructions. Carpet cleaners aren't meant to vacuum up dirt and stuff they are meant to clean the carpet.

We purchased ours in July 2019 and it did a great job on general carpet cleaning and even pet accidents. Lots of suction and did well at pulling water out of the carpet which really reduced drying timing. Then today we noticed that both the wash and rinse reservoirs were dispensing without the trigger activation. After inspection and disassembly, it looks like the reservoir assembly (a simple plastic valve part) needs to be replaced. Guess what? That part is no longer available. "Obsolete", according to e-replacementparts.com. Disappointing. Ours only lasted two years and many replacement parts are not available. Consider that before you buy.

Love this thing, also great for upholstery!!

The only drawback that I can find, is the area that can be used in one refill. It will do about a 12 by 12 area on one refill. This is not bad. If you have a more soiled area, it would be less. Overall, I am very satisfied with this unit.

Great Hoover carpet cleaner

I read the reviews on this Hoover and decided on it because of all the positive reviews. This is an excellent carpet scrubber as far as cleaning goes, but the only thing I am not so happy with is that it is so light in comparison to my old Hoover. It is made mostly of light plastic, so I can't see it lasting anywhere near as long as my old one.

I used hot water to wash and rinse my used to be cream area rug. Almost the same color now as the covered area. There is no icky residue on the rug and dried within an hour. Not very heavy and easy to use. I am very happy with this little cleaner.
