Its super easy to use and cleans everything amazingly

Great Hoover for cleaning carpet! Strong suction. Only downside is that it sometimes leaks water.

I had a sick animal who was having many accidents with her bowels and really caused stains. I anticipated that I might have to replace the carpeting but the Hoover shampooer took the stains and odor up with minimal effort.

My kids, dogs and cat have absolutely destroyed our carpet, but I didn't want to drop a ton of money on replacing it. I bought this Hoover based on online reviews, and my wife absolutely loves it! My carpets look brand new, and my couches look and smell like I don't let my dogs on them. You won't regret this purchase.

I have to recommend this product, I have a very difficult rug in the basement and two dogs that love to mess it up constantly. This machine does exactly what it is supposed to do, cleans the carpet thoroughly and leaves it with a nice and fresh scent immediately after a couple of swipes, it is definitely worth the value and will recommend it to anyone .

This is the best carpet cleaner I have ever used. I had stanley steamer clean my carpet for the past year, and kept wondering shy it really didnt look nor feel clean. Now I know why, what ever they are using just doesnt work, But this cleaner I bought from best buy does....

I have had several Hoover carpet cleaners in the past, and this one beats the mall. It is much lighter weight and easier to maneuver than any other one I have ever had. The water receptacle is easier to empty, also. I like that the clean water and cleaning solution are kept separate, so if you do not use it all there is no waste.

Overall this is a great product for the price. However, I think that the lack of a heating element really brings this product down a few notches.

Used it 3 times on carpet and once on the couch, very impressed by how much it lifts dirt out of the carpet and made my couch new again. The scrubber attachment was able to get out a troubling stain. so far so good.

not bad its got two tanks and its easy to clean and carpet drys fast

I purchased this carpet cleaner because my carpets were very dirty and needed a good cleaning. This took care of the problem easily. It works great. The only thing that was a bit of a bother was the fact that the tanks are a bit small which meant for an area of about 100 square feet required 2-3 tank changes. But other than that (and that was a small issue to me) it worked perfectly.

Very light and easy to use and very easy to clean!

Well worth the little money spent. Was easy to assemble. Easy to use. Easy to store. I am very pleased with my first purchase of a Hoover. I would definately recommend to others. Kudo's to BEST BUY for helping me to make the right decision in purchasing this cleaner!!!
