Bought to replace an old hoover that was big and bulky. This does as good if not better of a job and much smaller/lighter. It is very easy to use and clean, no complaints what so ever.

Perfect for all your carpets, cleaned them great after only the first time and they look better then when we moved in to the house after the next cleanings.

I have a one year old puppy who makes a lot of messes. I vacuumed and then shampooed. I was amazed at how well this worked. Got out 6 month old stains.

Bought for my daughter in law as a housewarming gift. They have 4 dogs. This handles all four of the dogs and the two adults in house. Excellent investment. Still going string.

My Hoover stopped working aftet 5 years and my sister kept telling me to purchase this one..OMG! It cleans so great and I use it to clean the carpet in my car. It takes less than 30 minutes to clean a room, and I felt heat!

Great cleaner. Bought this to clean rugs and carpet. Worked wonderfully. Pulled up stains and dirt off of all the rugs with no problem. Soap is a little expensive.

Very good quality works well on floors. Not terribly heavy either.

I have owned a Bissel before this and miss the internal heater. Even so, this machine does an excellent job. I have two dogs so I use it fairly often. Also did a great job on my car seats.

love it havent used up stairs since thats the only place i have carpet but used on area rug downstairs

This rug shampooer is absolutely amazing, i cannot believe how well it cleans deeply and thoroughly! having to separate water containers really makes a big difference. I would recommend this to all my friends and family, i absolutely love it!

Love it. My carpet is clean and fresh I also recommend to use the vacuum Before and after it dry. Amazing result

This carpet cleaner worked great! My rug looked new. And the back room carpet looked amazing. I was surprised how well it worked on the short carpet. Which is the room where I let my dogs in and out the back door. Great product.

I have purchased more expensive carpet cleaners from other manufacturers but this cleaner was a pleasant surprise. Not only does it do a great job cleaning the carpet it does an exceptional job extracting the water from the carpet so it dries quickly

Very easy to use. Only down side is the tank is not very big but is easy to dump and refill. The tank also alerts you when it is full which is nice.

It does a very good job, my carpet looks good but after I was looking at all the dirty water that's was coming out wow. So yes if you are looking for som thing that can do the job this will just have to keep putting more wanted like every 5 min.

I reviewed this product online prior to purchasing. Reviews seemed great and I went ahead and purshased it. I was not disappointed. Cleaned our 2 bedrm place nicely and dried in timely manner. Saved $ by not having to have it done by someone else.

It's easy to use. It didn't clean as good as I thought it would, but for the price I'm not complaining. The tanks are small, so you will have to stop a lot if you're doing your entire house.

I just love my new carpet cleaner, my carpeting is older but this machine picked up the nap and it looks like new. I love it!

We clean the carpet the first night home and I think it did a better job than the professional carpet cleaners we've had in the past does not believe the amount of residue that they left and the carpet looks wonderful

I have older cats and one misses the kitty litter box often. Thank goodness I have this carpet deep cleaner!
