It works, easy to assemble and operate. Only downfall is the water/soap tank is pretty small so you have to refill multiple times.

didn't know how dirty my carpet was till I used this vacuum/cleaner. was using a dyson for regular cleaning and that just barely scratched the surface compared to this model!!

Used it to clean my carpet and it dis a great job. Read some bad reviews aboit the plastic handle breaking. Plastic breaks if u r rough on it. Take care of it and it should last u.

I bought this machine after having a second-hand Hoover that someone was throwing away. I used it for several years before I finally junked it. I like the Hoover because my experience with the old one and the reviews I read all emphasized how well it extracted water from the carpet. It does really well at that. The old one had a long cylindrical brush while the new one has multiple round ones. I don't know if one is any better than other. I've had some problems with some stains but I think that was because I waited too long. When getting fresh stuff up quickly (same stuff, my dog's regurgitation) I manage to remove the stain. I'm happy with it. It's not heavy and it's easy to carry around.

It is amazing how this machine is not a complicated one at all. It took me less than 30 minutes to assemble it. I was overly surprised and pleased at how well and effective it cleaned my carpet.

Having three dogs including two German Shepherds, this was a must! It handles beautifully and really got out all the dirt and grime!
